Job Purpose

Perform safe and efficient operation of onshore oil &amp; gas production facilities. Monitor, control, and operate process equipment in the field to ensure production targets are met while respecting HSE standards and operational procedures.
Main Responsibilities-
Operate and monitor process equipment in the field (pumps, compressors, separators, heat exchangers, valves).
Carry out regular inspections and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
Adjust operating conditions as instructed by the Control Room Operator or Supervisor.
Report abnormalities, alarms, and equipment failures promptly.
Assist in start-up, shutdown, and emergency operations.
Take readings and maintain accurate log sheets.
Apply and respect HSE rules and participate actively in safety programs.
Support maintenance teams during equipment interventions.

Supporting the SIMOPS and Field Ops team on site with Field Operations.
Providing in a team of 8 B2B field Operators, contribution to the different jobs ongoing onsite, to ensure smooth and continuously improving production.
Always ensuring and maintaining safe and streamlined field operations. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Technical diploma or equivalent in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
Minimum 1–5 years’ experience as Field Operator in oil &amp; gas production facilities.
Knowledge of process systems and field operations (pumps, compressors, separators, utilities).
Ability to follow instructions and apply operational procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong commitment to safety and environment protection.
Past experience as a Field Operator
Experience in control room operations is a preferred.
An Iraqi National, with a residency in Basra or nearing areas. &lt;br /&gt;

Ensure: Accurate asset data, work orders, and maintenance history.
Standardized workflows for maintenance requests
System reliability and data governance
Lead system optimization and digitalization initiatives.
Support the planning and follow-up of FM&amp;A activities and major jobs through systems (e.g., Primavera, SAP).
Monitor execution progress and provide variance analysis and insights.
Define, track, and report FM&amp;A KPIs (cost, service delivery, maintenance performance).
Functions as divisional HSE Entity Representative.
Collates and analyses weekly KPIs, identifies areas for improvement and provides related reports.
Collates reports and KPI’s from FM&amp;A Helpdesk, PTS and FM&amp;A departments to prepare, edit, update and publish weekly, monthly, half year/ full year reports.
Carries out any other duties/projects that may be assigned by the Hierarchy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Serves as the communication interface of the division hence responsible for information quality, integrity and efficient dispatch.
Ensures reporting conforms to company standards for ease of interpretation and subsequent extraction of relevant information and data.

Enforces the review of work procedures to aid a procedure driven work process.
Contributes to the land transport quality operations for safe movement of personnel and items.

HSE OBJECTIVES
Ensure inclusion company HSE requirements in reporting.
Identify and prepare, with user departments, bridging documents to cover HSE reporting gaps
Ensure good understanding and adherence to company HSE objectives
Report anomalies yearly and attend HSE trainings

Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required
A university degree.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years post NYSC work experience in an industrial environment, preferably an IOC
Computer literate: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows professional and Microsoft Office tools/ Primavera and SAP.
Mastery of other types of report preparation and editing software is an added advantage.
Fluent in English language and possess good communication as well as inter-personal skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

SERVICE DIMENSIONS
To coordinate the planning, budget process and performance review of all the departments in the Facilities Management &amp; Administration Division thereby ensuring that planned activities are on schedule, performance is within approved budget and ease of cost recovery for the Company.
Follow up FM&amp;A contracts status to ensure contracts are renewed as and when due, without falling into regularisation.
Ability to interpret the technical issues into financial figures understandable by all concerned.
Ability to manage departments budget expectations, especially in budget cuts and arbitrations.
Tasks are usually deadline driven and could be on short notice to meet both corporate and partners’ requirements.
Information gathering from various technical personnel cutting across various departments could be daunting.
Frequent misunderstanding with the technical persons especially in periods of budget cutting.
KPIs for weekly/monthly reports and work programmes from technical departments are compiled, monitored and analysed for GS division.
Interface with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Interface between vendors with payment issues and finance department.
Readiness to travel at any time for duties relating to the division.
Thoroughness in the discharge of duties is very important to eliminate complications on the job and existing work procedures.


Budget and Reporting
Responsible for receiving from NUIMS yearly, approved and OML130 Projects.
Works with Partners &amp; Authorities Relations Division, Finance review yearly financial performance (General Investments Supply Chain Management).
Prepares Five years budget plan for FM&amp;A Division (Pluri-annual
Actively supports and works with Sectional Heads/Managers of their budgets.
Develop, formulate and recommend budget defence strategies FM&amp;A Division.
Monitor actual expenditure vs. budget, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Monthly reports of FM&amp;A budget performance in liaison with Responsible on areas to strengthen.
Track contract costs, service charges, and vendor spend optimization.

Interfacing with Partners and other departments

Visits Lagos when necessary to participate in Quarterly Division and NUIMS.
Drives Duet meetings. Conducts two nos. weekly meetings to Payment (P2P) meeting with CPNC, Finance and FM&amp;A the internal processes before invoicing/payment.
Assists in preparing slides for CC1 / CC2 presentations contracts in FM&amp;A Division.
Prepares Weekly/ Monthly report on the progress of key projects to Management in MS Project Application.
Works with Internal Control and the Decentralized Buyers in FM&amp;A to ensure that all POs and SPRs processed are in line with the DOA.
Performs over-sight functions on the activities of eJPC creators and ensures that FM&amp;A contractors are paid on time.

Planning
Coordinate the preparation of annual FM&amp;A budgets (OPEX &amp; CAPEX) aligned with corporate targets and asset requirements.
Develop medium- and long-term financial plans, forecasts, and cost scenarios.
Prepares on monthly basis FM&amp;A integrated planning schedule and updates and ensures that project activities are properly captured and posted on time.
Consolidate inputs from maintenance, real estate, administration, and project teams into a coherent business plan.
Prepare and follow up FM&amp;A planning via enterprise tool like Primavera, aligning resources, schedules and operations through integrated planning and forecasting processes.
Prepares weekly KPIs for the department and ensures that activities of the former are properly captured for Divisional meetings.
Carries out any other duties as may be assigned by hierarchy from time to time.

HSE OBJECTIVES
Familiarize self with Company emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operation.

Operations
Organizes on site the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility,
Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for the preparation of the jobs in his discipline.
With his teams assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
Ensures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility,
Manages interventions using the CMMS and checks intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field,
Monitors the functioning of utilities and equipment placed under his responsibility,
Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams, and actively participates in this himself,
Carries out, at the CSR request, any intervention within his field of competence.
Takes in charge the systems under his responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status.

Methods
✓ Identifies recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them and suggests improvements,

Quality Assurance

Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Design &amp; Modification
Review and approve design calculations, data sheets, drawings, and technical specifications for modifications or new procurement of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks.
Generate and review Piping &amp; Instrumentation Diagrams (P&amp;IDs), Piping Material Specifications (PMS), and Material Take-Offs (MTOs) to meet international standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API). Develop and review plot plans, equipment layouts and 3D models. Route critical process, utility, and offsite pipelines.
Stress Analysis: Perform piping flexibility and stress analysis to ensure systems can withstand high pressures, extreme temperatures, and vibrations.

Prepare and approve technical deliverables for replacement projects, including scope of work, technical bid evaluations (TBE), and vendor drawing reviews.
Turnaround &amp; Maintenance Support
Define the technical scope for critical static equipment during scheduled plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages.
Develop inspection and repair procedures for specialized high-pressure equipment, including shell-and-tube heat exchangers, reformer tubes, and atmospheric storage tanks.
Supervise critical repair activities on-site, ensuring field welding, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), and non-destructive testing (NDT) comply with structural codes.
Asset Integrity &amp; Plant Reliability Support
Support Fitness-for-Service (FFS) evaluations and remaining-life assessments for older or degraded stationary equipment
Support root cause analysis (RCA) on mechanical static equipment failures, structural leaks, and chronic piping vibrating issues to implement definitive corrective actions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized, accredited university
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in mechanical engineering within a heavy continuous-process chemical plant, petrochemical facility, or refinery environment.
Experience in the fertilizer industry (specifically Ammonia, Urea, or Nitrates manufacturing units) is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of managing massive capital equipment replacement projects and participating in large-scale plant turnarounds.
Language: Must possess excellent fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to draft technical engineering reports, lead meetings, and coordinate with international vendors
Technical Software &amp; Industrial Codes

Job Description:
Review, validate, and process vendor invoices received through SAP Ariba
and SAP FI modules in a timely and accurate manner.
Verify invoice details against purchase orders, goods receipts, contracts, and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Process non-PO and FI invoices, including appropriate coding and account assignment.
Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, procurement teams, business units, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and manage invoice workflow queues to ensure timely approvals and payments.
Perform three-way matching (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice) where applicable. 
Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance  indicators (KPIs).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Professional accounting certi􀃞cation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting
principles.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and SAP Ariba Invoice
Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Minimum Requirements

Operations.

Knowledge of invoice veri􀃞cation, three-way matching, and vendor
reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with purchase-to-pay (P2P) and procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows.
Experience resolving invoice exceptions and payment-related issues.
 Understanding of tax requirements, VAT/GST regulations, and invoice
compliance requirements (when applicable).
Proven ability to meet monthly processing targets and service-level
agreements.

Job Purpose

Drive cross-functional alignment on cost objectives, assumptions, and performance expectations across FN stakeholders
Provide financial planning, budgeting, and cost reporting to the Management Team (via the financial reporting and budget/forecasting sections) and other stakeholders. 
Support strategic decision-making through adhoc cost analysis and report as required
Interact with other departments / sections in obtaining the necessary inputs for the cost budget preparation.
Provide monthly cost analysis against budget, gap to potential and prepare monthly cost reporting
Provide and perform inventories trends analysis and monthly KPI’s
Conduct monthly cost and inventories review meetings with key internal stakeholders and managers to challenge variances and provide gap analysis.
Drive and monitor cash preservation exercise

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience (fertiliser industry is preferred).

Plant Inspector
Job Purpose
Execute and support inspection activities during EPC and Startup phase until handover to permanent Asset to ensure a safe, efficient and reliable operation of the new facilities by early defect detections in accordance with established policies, procedures, instructions and targets.
Key Job Accountabilities
1. Carries out external visual examinations complemented with NDT examination as required on Company equipment such as vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, pressure safety devices, piping, lifting equipment according to Company established policies and procedures and issues inspection reports.
2. Performs preliminary integrity assessment of static equipment and piping according to Company established policies and procedures, interprets findings and issues inspection reports using Meridium or similar software.
3. Inspects maintenance and capital project works being carried out in the field, to ensure that established maintenance practices and procedures are followed for welding, painting, fabrication and installation as per policy and in compliance with relevant applicable international codes and standard.
4. Carries out or supervises NDT tests on mechanical equipment and piping according to the instructions from Supervisor or Corrosion Engineer. Tests include dye penetrant examination, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, hardness tests, eddy current, IRIS, thermography, PMI, Metallography, boroscopy and use of special equipment to determine DFT of paint and ferrometer for stainless steel welding tests and other tests and inspections as required. Follows all required safety procedures while carrying out the work.
5. Initiates inspection recommendation using Meridium and/or via appropriate notification and tracks progress to completion to ensure mitigation of potential risks.
6. Maintains company inspection instruments, tools, and equipment in good and operational condition. Coordinates for planning and procuring of additional instruments as required.
7. Undertakes additional specific inspection related duties as directed by Inspection Engineer/Senior Inspection Engineer to fulfil annual targets and special tasks.
8. Ensures proper maintenance of inspection reports and records. Maintains various records in the computerized systems, updating inspection test results and other data as required. Implements inspection recommendation by notifications raised through SAP and then tracking the progress until completion of work.
9. Coordinates and supervises contractor resources team when required to ensure service compliance with company requirements as well as quality of service provided.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in in-service inspection
Knowledge of inspection techniques including UT, MT, PT, RT, and advanced NDT methods
Familiarity with relevant international codes, standards, and specifications
Certification in API 510 and/or API 570 (API 653 certification preferred, where required)
Experience using Meridium or similar data management systems
Understanding of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), corrosion, corrosion control, and damage mechanisms
Basic knowledge of plant processes and materials
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal

Job Purpose

To interpret the suitability of products and processes against the designated specification requirements at scheduled and ad-hoc intervals. The role is primarily responsible to report using advance NDT techniques, accurate defect detection, characterization, and supporting a safe and reliable project execution.

Key Job Accountabilities
Engage with external Contractors to perform PAUT/TOFD and advance NDT techniques and perform defect sizing, characterisation.
Review and technically assess contractor-issued NDT reports, interpretation records, images, and supporting inspection data to confirm adequacy, traceability, and compliance prior to acceptance.
Review and verify NDT procedures, technique sheets, personnel certifications, calibration records, equipment validity, and qualification records prior to commencement of inspection activities.
Ensure full traceability between weld maps, line/component identification, NDT reports, repair history, final inspection status, and supporting quality records.
Interpret advance NDT data and evaluate indications against the applicable acceptance criteria (ASME, API, Project specs.) and prepare and accurate inspection reports with supporting data/images.
Engaging contractors and applicable third-party organisations with a professional approach and maintain a good working level relationship
Review contractors documented quality deliverables in accordance with the requirements and expectations of COMPANY and provide clear, concise output to the applicable quality focal point.
Evaluate the suitability of products and processes at key stages against the prescribed specification requirements and is effectively implemented.
Ensure NDE traceability of inspected welds and components.
Continuously monitor the quality of works in progress at site and at the EPC Contractor fabrication workshop against the applicable NDT Procedure and COMPANY technical specification.
Verify NDT calibration blocks, reference standards, and equipment validity.
Ensure that the latest revision of project quality documentation is available, and that records of product and process conformance are maintained in accordance with the document and record control requirements.
Prepare a daily report summarising the salient inspection points and quality concerns and coordinate directly with the assigned quality focal point regarding any significant issues identified.
Manage and participate in site quality verification activities (i.e. Quality Walkabout and Procurement Surveillance) and document results using the applicable inspection report template.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical / Metallurgy or Equivalent
NDT certificate in ASNT/PCN Level III for methods in UT, RT, PAUT and TOFD, as minimum.
NDT certificate in ASNT/PCN Level II for methods MT and PT, as minimum
CSWIP 3.1 certification and NDT Certificate in ECT, preferred
Minimum 10 years of working experience as NDE personnel for Oil &amp; Gas projects, preferably in LNG (greenfield, brownfield, shutdowns, and live plant environments).
