Suitable candidate shall be responsible for:
Setup and administer an AVEVA 3D database for the Project Portfolio Management organization.
Develop workflows to optimize the benefit of the new engineering design system and continually improve same with lessons learnt and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain accurate 3D plant models using AVEVA E3D, based on approved engineering drawings, specifications, project standards, and design inputs.
Create and modify equipment, piping, structural steel, supports, platforms, ladders, and other plant components within the E3D environment.
Provide support and resources to all projects within the perimeter of PPM organizational structure
Interpret engineering deliverables such as P&amp;IDs, equipment layouts, piping specifications, line lists, plot plans, datasheets, and vendor information and translate them into an accurate 3D model.
Ensure the 3D model reflects the latest approved engineering information and is aligned with project design requirements, codes, standards, and client specifications.
Carry out model reviews and design checks to identify clashes, accessibility issues, constructability concerns, and other potential design problems before fabrication or construction.
Perform clash detection and model validation, coordinating with other disciplines to resolve spatial conflicts and minimize rework.
Develop piping layouts with appropriate consideration for routing, accessibility, operation, maintenance, stress requirements, supports, drainage, venting, and constructability.
Maintain proper model hierarchy, naming conventions, tagging, attributes, and database integrity in accordance with project and E3D standards.
Produce and update isometric drawings, general arrangement drawings, orthographic views, and other model-generated deliverables as required.
Verify equipment, piping, structural, and instrumentation components.
Support model corrections, update workflows, record findings and provide clear technical review comments.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and information management teams.
Participate in quality assurance and model verification activities.

 QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Degree or Diploma in Engineering Design or Drafting. A B.Eng. / B. Tech is an added advantage.
Minimum 5years in AVEVA E3D/PDMS modelling and management.
Proficiency in Navisworks.
Expert Level Skills in AutoCAD.
Expert level in point cloud processing and model validation workflows.
Oil &amp; Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, or Industrial Facilities.
Familiarity with various modules of AVEVA E3D – Draw, Iso-draft, paragon, Administration &amp; Lexicon.
Strong ability to model piping/structural/electric designs using AVEVA E3D.
Ability to setup MDS – multidisciplinary support system.
Ability to setup and manage projects and databases using appropriate AVEVA E3D modules.
Production of design deliverable from AVEVA E3D – piping isometrics, plot plan/PGAD, MTO, portable viewing model on Navisworks and
file import from other software and export from AVEVA to other format.
Modelling from 3D laser scan to AVEVA.
Expert Proficiency in 2D &amp; 3D CAD with minimum 3years as key user of AVEVA PDMS/ E3D.
Projectized work environment / culture.
Experience in Oil and Gas EPC Projects.

RSES-D
Exercise the delegated RSES authority within the assigned perimeter.
Ensure that activities within the delegated perimeter are performed safely and in accordance with applicable HSE rules, procedures and technical references.
Lead each party towards schedule and performance objectives of the project.
Coordinate interfaces between construction, commissioning, production and other simultaneous activities.
Participate in the assessment and control of risks associated with SIMOPS.
Verify that appropriate risk control measures are in place before authorizing work.
Ensure the proper implementation of the Permit to Work system within the delegated perimeter.
Coordinate with the BNAG RSES (Renaissance), and other Operators involved in Onshore Pipeline. Immediately report any significant change to the work program or operating conditions.
Maintain clear communication with Operations, HSE personnel, supervisors and contractors.
Stop or suspend any activity considered unsafe or likely to endanger personnel, facilities or the environment.
Contribute to the management of emergency situations in coordination with the Site RSES and the site emergency response organization.
Coordinate and support all security and community assessments at site
Temporary Construction Camp (TCC) security and management
Responsible for the TCC safety and security in coordination with the EPC Contractor and GSF team
Control and manage the POB
Health, Safety and Environment Responsibilities (HSE)
Ensure that contractors’ HSE practices are acceptable and that HSE procedures and preventive measures are properly understood and implemented
Ensure that all risks associated with the activities and the operating environment are correctly identified, assessed and incorporated into the planning of the works
Manage and sign the Work permits in his dedicated area (out of process area)
Ensure that construction equipment and resources are compliant, suitable for their intended purpose and properly used by personnel
Ensure that the required controls are correctly and effectively implemented.
Report any anomalies with a minimum target of twenty-five (25) reported anomalies per year and encourage reporting across the Workforce
Enforce implementation of Company Golden Rules
Act on a daily basis in compliance with the project HSE commitments.
Ensure that the Environmental Management System is monitored and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard.

Site Team Leadership and Coordination
Lead and coordinate the project team in BONNY for all IMA project packages and across all disciplines.
Ensure effective supervision and control of contractors’ activities throughout the execution of the works to meet objectives of both packages

Coordinate all contractor activities carried out within the IMA project enclosed construction area or under SIMOPS conditions in BNAG, along the Onshore pipeline works or on the shore pull for SURF package works
Manage operational interfaces with the BNAG RSES
Act as the Project Manager’s representative on Site
Serve as the main point of contact for contractors working on the construction Site.
Issues and Changes Management
Anticipate and assess the significance and urgency of potential issues.
Obtain the implementation of appropriate corrective actions within the applicable contractual framework.
Submit any variation, change or potential contractual impact to the Project Manager and the relevant management for prior approval.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
Obtain and verify the physical progress of the works for each package
Monitor actual execution hours and total hours worked
Ensure that the associated progress and manpower reports are accurate and properly maintained
Issue a weekly report for each package
Verify that contractors’ reports accurately reflect the actual status of the works
Prepare and submit a final report to management, including an assessment of Quality and Schedule performance
Ensure that all documents required for the preparation of the Final Documentation Dossier, DFA, have been produced and are adequate.
Perform any additional duties falling within the position holder’s area of competence, in accordance with management instructions.
Ensure that the performance of packages and the plan are in line with contract.

ACTIVITIES: 
To prepare all methods support and implementation of practice documents regarding preventative maintenance, inspection,
and testing to be performed on AKPO &amp; EGINA cranes and lifting equipment based on recognized best practice and
applicable regulations.
To prepare and develop specifications for new cranes and lifting equipment based on recognized international standards.
Co-ordinate planned crane maintenance activities fleet-wide in conjunction with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Manage specialized crane maintenance vendors interventions and contracts (Liebherr, Sparrow, National Oilwell Varco etc.)
within SCM frame agreements (including technical scope of work) where applicable.
Ensure the implementation and assurance of Company integrity management system compliance.
Liaise with classification societies/third party design offices where applicable.
Support DW TUPNI asset installations for all related crane issues (specifically for new cranes, specification for upgrades and
heavy lift works on cranes).
Liaise with crane manufacturers when required.
Participate in and/or lead investigations for all crane related incidents across the fleet.
Interface with DW INSPECTION Department for all crane related issues.
Supervision until completion of 5-years major overhauls in all DW installations cranes (based on Contractor/OEM and CPLO
reports).
Follow spare parts stocks with Warehouse and Procurement.
- In Charge For all cranes:
    o Review/Produce Maintenance Plan as per Vendor recommendations
    o Review/Correct/Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters

ACTIVITIES: 
Responsible for the Technical content of the Maintenance Methods in the field of Mechanical, including the responsibility for maintenance plans, spare parts coverage, working techniques, and the procedures, in accordance with the Maintenance Policy.
Revise the maintenance plans prepared by the various Contractors and ensure their proper implementation.
Coordinate with the Methods Department the consolidation of the Maintenance Plans.
Ensure suitable spare-parts availability/coverage through adequate stock management parameters; initiate the necessary improvements in accordance with the reliability, availability objectives and cost optimization.
Perform the duties of Technical Administrator for the Mechanical Spare Parts.
Develop and control proper implementation/use of the techniques and tools required for an efficient maintenance, including both technical (condition monitoring, working tools, etc.…) and administrative/reporting aspects (Work reports, data trending, spare parts consumption, etc.…).

Key Responsibilities:
Operations
Organizes on site the maintenance operations which are related to turbo machines by coordinating supervisors.

Assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
Ensures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures

Manages interventions using the CMMS,

Methods
Identifies recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them and suggestsimprovements

Interpret and work from P&amp;IDs, tubing hook-up drawings, instrument installation drawings, isometric drawings, layouts, and construction specifications.
Install, route, support, and terminate instrument tubing for pressure, temperature, level, flow, control and other instrumentation systems.
Carry out installation of stainless steel, copper, carbon steel and other specified tubing materials in accordance with project specifications.
Fabricate tubing runs by accurately measuring, cutting, bending, forming and assembling tubing to suit approved drawings and site conditions.
Install and connect tube fittings, compression fittings, ferrule fittings, bulkhead fittings, manifolds, valves, needle valves, check valves and associated accessories.
Perform tubing installation between instruments, impulse lines, manifolds, process connection points, control valves and junction/interface points.
Ensure correct tubing routing, including proper slope, accessibility, clearance, supports, separation and protection against mechanical damage.
Install tubing supports, clamps, brackets and mounting accessories in accordance with approved drawings and engineering requirements.
Ensure tubing is correctly identified using tag numbers, line numbers, service identification and instrument references.
Carry out tubing installation for instrument air, process impulse, pneumatic control, hydraulic and other utility services as specified in the project scope.
Conduct tubing preparation activities including deburring, cleaning, flushing and protection of tube ends before connection.
Ensure all tubing connections are properly assembled and tightened using the correct tools, torque requirements and manufacturer's installation procedures.
Carry out leak testing, pressure testing, pneumatic testing and/or hydrostatic testing of tubing systems as required by approved procedures.
Identify and rectify tubing installation defects such as leaks, incorrect routing, damaged tubing, loose fittings, improper bending or inadequate supports.
Coordinate with Instrument Fitters, Instrument Technicians, Pipe Fitters, Welders, Electrical Technicians and other construction disciplines to resolve interface issues.
Verify installed tubing against approved drawings, material specifications, instrument hook-up drawings and project standards before inspection.
Assist QA/QC

QHSE
Ensures HSE policy fulfilment during his activities
Maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules
Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures &amp; Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity
Management System, including permit-to-work (PTW) procedures, SIMOPS, tool box talks, and job hazard analyses (JHA). He/she shall immediately address and report any unsafe acts or conditions in the work area&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE
Education: Minimum HND or B.Sc. in in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Technology, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent vocational training with relevant field experience will be considered
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction on oil and gas EPC projects, with at least 4–5 years in a supervisory role specifically covering cable tray installation and cable routing. Experience on offshore platforms, FPSOs, or Deepwater projects is a strong advantage.

SPIE Global Services Energy is looking for E&amp;I Cable Pulling Tech to join its workforce on BONGA Offshore Project in Lagos Nigeria.
Read and interpret cable schedules, cable routing layouts, termination drawings, wiring diagrams, P&amp;IDs, tray layouts and installation specifications.
Carry out cable pulling and installation activities for power, control, instrumentation, telecom, fiber-optic, fire alarm, CCTV and other ELV cables as assigned.
Verify cable routes, tray availability, conduits, ducts and cable trenches before commencing cable-pulling activities.
Inspect cable drums and verify cable type, size, length, drum number, tag number and destination against approved cable schedules.
Set up cable drums, rollers, cable socks, pulling ropes, winches and other equipment required for safe and controlled cable installation.
Perform manual and mechanical cable pulling while maintaining the manufacturer's specified maximum pulling tension, bending radius and installation requirements.
Ensure cables are properly supported and arranged on cable trays, ladders, conduits, ducts, trenches and underground routes.
Maintain proper cable separation between power, control, instrumentation, communication and intrinsically safe circuits in accordance with project requirements.
Ensure cables are not damaged during installation and immediately report any cuts, crushing, excessive bending, sheath damage or other defects.
Install cables with adequate slack at equipment, junction boxes, panels, marshalling cabinets and termination points to facilitate proper termination.
Maintain correct cable identification by installing cable tags, markers, ferrules and destination labels at specified locations.
Dress, arrange and secure installed cables using approved cable ties, cleats, clamps, straps and other cable-management materials.
Ensure cables are installed neatly and maintain proper routing, spacing, accessibility and workmanship standards.
Assist electricians and instrument technicians with cable preparation activities, including cable stripping, gland preparation and routing to termination points, within the technician's authorized scope.
Assist with installation of cables through conduits, cable trays, ladders, underground ducts and cable trenches, including difficult or congested areas.
Carry out cable pulling in accordance with approved Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements.
Conduct pre-pulling inspections

QHSE
Ensures HSE policy fulfilment during his activities
Maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules
Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures &amp; Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity
Management System, including permit-to-work (PTW) procedures, SIMOPS, tool box talks, and job hazard analyses (JHA). He/she shall immediately address and report any unsafe acts or conditions in the work area&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE
Education: Minimum HND or B.Sc. in in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Technology, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent vocational training with relevant field experience will be considered
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction on oil and gas EPC projects, with at least 4–5 years in a supervisory role specifically covering cable tray installation and cable routing. Experience on offshore platforms, FPSOs, or Deepwater projects is a strong advantage.

SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for Onshore Mechanical Methods Engineer to join its workforce in Nigeria.

Main Responsibilities:
He/She supports the Onshore Team Leader for Methods and preparation of medium and long-term activities.
He/She processes all outstanding notifications which have been approved and scoped.
He/She assists COMPANY Technical Support Engineers in the assurance of quality and proper execution of modification works.
He/She actions and expedites ERHA maintenance Equipment repairs with work packs and testing requirements validated by COMPANY Technical Support Engineers.
He/She assists the COMPANY in the preparation and execution of detailed maintenance work packs and its associated planning.
He/She reviews Preventive Maintenance Program validity by checking available means to complete it as and when required.
He/She prepares Work Packs for Complex Maintenance Job when requested.
He/She checks and ensures that vital equipment on production sites is available as and when required.
He/She ensures all required materials for Preventive Maintenance.
He/She challenges and reviews the existing maintenance plans in terms of operations, periodicity, estimated hours (workload balancing), procedures and spare parts requirement and makes recommendations for optimization and improvement of the SAP as necessary.
He/She provides Onshore support and focal point for the Offshore Maintenance teams.
Operations
      
To prepare scopes of work and ensure that all materials and equipment are available as and when required for modifications, repairs or maintenance activities.
To prepare scopes of work for approved work programmes ensuring that all relevant operating procedures and safety regulations are written in and that all necessary materials and equipment are available as and when required.
To build the Work Order (WO) associated to a Notification with below information (at a minimum):
All resources required to complete the work pack (including any common user services e.g., Scaffolding, rigging abseiling, etc.).
o   Manhours/trade.
o   Materials.
o   Tools &amp; Equipment.
o   Special PPEs or Procedures if required.
o   External Services or Specialist Vendor Support (OEM).
o   Any special skills required to complete the work scope.
o   Any specific consideration for job execution (Confined Space, Hot Work, etc.).
To assist with the preparation of the preventive maintenance schedule for plant (PM01 &amp; PM02) and equipment and ensure that planned work takes place.
To review all Work Orders due within the next 90 days, ensuring they are released and ready to schedule, setting “RTE” – Ready to Execute status in SAP.
o   VENDOR Rev status – Held for Vendor (ensure that selected Vendor is available and has all documentation/logistics in place).
To review/revalidate Work Orders bi-weekly through SAP variant, that are held out of the planning process by one of&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of SAP, HSE standards, and Maintenance methodologies.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and interface with engineering, HSE, and QA/QC.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Valid offshore certifications: BOSIET / HUET / H2S / OGUK Medical&lt;br /&gt;

Criar, atualizar e melhorar ordens de trabalho mecânicas no sistema CMMS/ERP, incluindo sequência de tarefas, mão de obra, duração, ferramentas, peças sobressalentes, consumíveis, necessidades de elevação, requisitos de permissões, etapas de reposição, requisitos de testes e critérios de encerramento.
Preparar dossiers de trabalho (work packs) para bombas, válvulas, PSVs, permutadores de calor, gruas, equipamentos estáticos, sistemas hidráulicos, utilidades, equipamentos mecânicos marítimos e respetivos conjuntos mecânicos associados.
Identificar, validar e mapear peças sobressalentes, consumíveis, juntas, vedantes, fixações, lubrificantes, kits de reparação, ferramentas especiais e ferramentas manuais necessárias para os trabalhos mecânicos.
Apoiar a criação de materiais (material master) e a melhoria das listas de materiais (BOM), fornecendo descrições técnicas precisas, referências OEM, detalhes do fabricante, requisitos de armazenamento e ligação ao equipamento.
Acompanhar PRs, POs, esclarecimentos técnicos, propostas de fornecedores, ações de expedição, disponibilidade em armazém e eventuais faltas de material que possam impactar a execução dos trabalhos mecânicos.
Realizar verificações em armazém, preparação (bagging), etiquetagem, embalamento, controlo de preservação, elaboração de listas de embalagem e preparação de expedição de materiais e ferramentas mecânicas.
Interagir com as equipas de manutenção, operações, fiabilidade, armazém, logística, aprovisionamento, HSE, equipa marítima, fornecedores e supervisores offshore para alinhar a prontidão dos trabalhos mecânicos e a metodologia de execução.
Apoiar a execução offshore através da resolução de questões técnicas, monitorização do progresso, avaliação de alterações, recolha de lições aprendidas e conversão de conclusões validadas em novas ordens de trabalho ou pedidos de material.

Licenciatura em Engenharia ou qualificação técnica equivalente em engenharia mecânica, com experiência comprovada em planeamento de manutenção no setor offshore de petróleo e gás ou em FPSO.
