Ideally you will have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering With a minimum experience of 10 Years in overhauling pumps, compressors, diesel engines, blowers, generators, pipes and fittings, material specifications, PID and isometric drawings, Has experience ion installation, maintenance and repair of carbon steel , all grade of PVC, HDPE, GRP, and FRP piping up to 04 m in diameter, and with glass flake and cement linings, Experience with computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, Service Entry Sheet in SAP. Shall be capable of trouble shooting, maintaining, repairing and overhauling large size pumps, compressors, blowers, diesel engines, generators. Shall be responsible for providing a variety of skilled work related to the maintenance and repair of different systems as well as for planning, scheduling and supervising the work of subordinates to deal objectively and harmoniously with others, and to render sound decisions. Experience in commissioning of equipment and Projects. Shall capable to supervise equipment alignment jobs, Shall be familiar with material specifications, bearings, fasteners, P&ID, Piping Isometric drawings and the like. This role serves as the field-level focal point for inspection supervision and reporting functionally to the QA/QC Engineer. Key Job Accountabilities 1.Confirm effective implementation of the QELNG quality management system and project quality plan 2. Fully conversant with QELNG discipline specific, facility related technical specification requirements. 3. Review contractors’ quality deliverables in accordance with the requirements and expectations of QELNG and provide clear, concise output to the contractor’s quality focal point. 4. Engage contractors and applicable third-party organisations with a professional approach and maintain a good working level relationship. 5. Ensure that contractor processes and procedures are properly and effectively implemented. 6. Perform material/ equipment site receipt inspection with additional visual and dimensional examination (where practical) to confirm suitability and fit for purpose. 7. Conduct site installation, testing, calibration inspections to confirm product and process quality in line with established quality and technical documents. 8.Ensure that the latest revision of project quality documentation is available, and that records of product and process conformance are maintained in accordance with the document and record control requirements. 9. Prepare a daily report summarising the salient inspection points and quality concerns and coordinate directly with the assigned quality focal point regarding any significant issues identified. 10. Manage and participate in site quality verification activities (i.e. Quality Walkabout, Surveillance and Audit) and document the outcomes using the applicable inspection report template. 11. Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or safety discipline NEBOSH diploma or equivalent. 10 years of experience including at least 8 years of experience as a HSEQ / SHE&S professional. Experience in the oil and gas, HSEQ management of FEED and EPC projects, engineering, construction and commissioning projects, systems completions coordination, hook up/commissioning, and start up activities in brownfield and greenfield environment. Experience in at least 2 FEED projects executed within the last 8 years. Responsabilities - Initiate and gain approval for work permits to facilitate the execution of assigned tasks in compliance with QAFCO safety requirements. - Conduct toolbox meeting to discuss scheduled work activities and ensure correct tools and safety equipment are available prior to commencement of work. - Carry out the assigned day-to-day routine and non-routine maintenance jobs in the Automation systems installed in QAFCO. - Ensure that the work is completed on time, meeting QAFCO quality standards. - Carry out ICS computer maintenance including Antivirus and Microsoft Security Patch update, operating system configurations, basic troubleshooting of hardware/software issues. - Ensure Automation assets are maintained in compliance with the QAFCO cyber security requirements. - Support the installation, testing and Commissioning activities of ICS projects / upgrades. - Ensure good housekeeping to secure the cleanliness of the workplace. - Comply with QAFCO Life Saving Rules as per “PSa-001 Life Saving Rule” Document. - Participate in the call duty to provide maintenance support outside working hours. - Support the team to achieve the section/department KPIs. - Comply with all relevant procedures of QAFCO Integrated Management System comprising of Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Environment, Responsible Care, IFA Product Stewardship & energy Management System Key accountabilities - Maintenance of Distributed control system, Safety Instrumented System, Compressor control system: - Maintain the Automation Systems to ensure the highest uptime and MTBF. - Establish and implement various maintenance schedules for the automation systems as recommended by OEM. - Supervise the work of staff for conformity, good engineering practices, international standards, functional safety, and Cyber Security compliance. Project execution - Execute and support various Automation Projects, prepare cost proposal and coordinate - engineering tasks, planning, procurement, manpower hiring, erection & commissioning. - Work closely with all stake holders and vendor representatives, conduct necessary project meetings and acceptance tests. - Follow company procedures for change management.

Bachelor’s Engineering degree in in Instrumentation / Electronics discipline (12+4 years) Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in Industrial Control Systems in Petrochemical or Fertilizer industries. Hands-on Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience of industrial automation system such as DCS/ESD Control systems, Turbo Machinery Control and Protection Systems, Cyber Security guidelines and networking etc. You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
