Basic Functions:
The primary role of the Commissioning Site Leader is to ensure that the CONTRACTOR's scope of services for pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation is carried out in compliance with Contract and schedule obligations, and in line with SATORP specifications. The position also involves ensuring the safe and smooth execution of all commissioning activities, following the OPERCOM® methodology and the proper use of ICAPS© software.
Main Accountabilities:
The Commissioning Site Leader is responsible for supporting the review and approval of the CONTRACTOR's commissioning organization, deliverables, procedures, and planning activities to ensure a safe and efficient operational start-up. This includes developing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the proponent department, participating in HSE activities, managing systems and sub-systems definitions, and ensuring proper preparation and review of pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on CONTRACTOR/Subcontractor progress, issuing periodic progress reports, and organizing and coordinating commissioning execution activities.
Package 4 Commissioning Utilities Leader:
1) Experience in OPERCOM ™ and ICAPS© application
2) At least 15 years of experience in Oil&amp;Gas industry, including ~10 years of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning 
3) Experience in preparation and execution of Operational and functional Tests for Utilities (Instrument Air compressors; Colling Water systems; Fire Water &amp; Deluge system; Flares and Incinerators Fuel Gas and Diesel Fuel systems.
4) Experience in execution of the piping commissioning activities: chemical cleaning, flushing, drying, leak testing.
5) Knowledge and practical experience in application of the process and mechanical lock out / tag out systems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications:
The position requires a high level of knowledge in all types of activities within a petrochemical site, with multi-disciplines specialists needed and over 10 years of experience. Specific skills include a process or operation background, knowledge of EPCC contract management, and high competencies in OPERCOM® and ICAPS© tools. The ideal candidate should be methodical, well-organized, a team player, and exhibit a critical, constructive, ethical, and integrity-driven attitude. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.&lt;br /&gt;

🎯 Contexte et missions

Vous rejoindrez une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée d'experts métier, développeurs, spécialistes Data et référents Innovation.
Votre rôle sera de participer à la conception et au développement d'un démonstrateur innovant exploitant les dernières avancées en Intelligence Artificielle Générative.
Vous serez impliqué dans l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet qui se tiendra depuis l’Allemagne, à Stuttgart au sein de l’ARENA 2036.
En tant que stagiaire Data Engineer / IA sur le projet, votre objectif sera de contribuer activement au design et au développement d’un prototype sur un temps court, 5 mois, de septembre à janvier.
Vos missions principales seront :
● Alignement Business : Comprendre les processus de maintenance et traduire les contraintes du terrain en règles logiques pour l'IA (assurer la valeur métier de la donnée finale).
● Architecture &amp; Pipelines de Données : Concevoir le pipeline d'ingestion et de traitement, du flux audio capturé jusqu'à la génération d'un output structuré (JSON).
● LLM &amp; Prompt Engineering : Sélectionner, tester et orchestrer des LLM/SLM pour extraire précisément les entités clés (équipements, modes de défaillance, actions correctives).
● Cartographie &amp; Ontologie : Développer les scripts de mapping pour injecter les données textuelles nettoyées dans les champs stricts des différentes GMAO.
● Collaboration Transverse : Travailler en binôme avec le Développeur Mobile/Web (intégration d'API) et l'Expert Métier (SME) pour affiner la reconnaissance du jargon technique et créer une interface simple et robuste pour capter ces données.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

🛠️Compétences requises : 

Techniques :
● Développement : Maîtrise avancée de Python (FastAPI / Flask) et des bibliothèques de manipulation de données.
● Écosystème IA : Expérience ou pratique des frameworks d'orchestration LangChain ou LangGraph.
●  Modèles de langage : Compréhension des mécaniques de Prompt Engineering, du RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) et de l'intégration d'API (OpenAI, Hugging Face, ou modèles locaux).
● Une connaissance de l’API Gemini live est un plus dans ce contexte
Langues : 
Anglais courant obligatoire (langue de travail du projet). Allemand apprécié.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Commissioning &amp; Commissioning: Inspect and test plant equipment (compressors, expanders, cold boxes, molecular sieves, and distillation columns) to ensure they meet engineering designs and safety standards.

Monitor subcontractor and vendor HSE compliance documentation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications &amp; Experience-
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HSE, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of HSE experience with international clients and EPC contractors.

Good understanding of:
Brownfield and greenfield operations.
Construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
SIMOPS environments
PTW systems
Recognized HSE certifications preferred:
NEBOSH
IOSH
OSHA
ISO 45001 awareness/auditor
Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and best practices.
 
Skills &amp; Competencies
Strong field presence and leadership capabilities.
Ability to communicate effectively
Good report writing and documentation skills.
Proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
