Negotiate before issuing all Purchase Orders for services with value not exceeding USD 50,000.
Create Call off Orders based on requests related to existing Contracts in UNISUP.
Ensure that the Services Entry Sheet (which translates to the Job Progress Certificate - JPC) is accurately and timely created in UNISUP to allow Vendors submit their invoices for prompt payment.
Ensure that the PO is duly signed by the authorized person in COMPANY and the Vendor representative prior to starting the service or work.
Outside routine or frequent SERVICES within the entity and propose their coverage with an Outline Agreement for possible future Call-Off contracts.
Prepare the contract award recommendation in accordance with decentralized purchasing procedure.

SERVICE OBJECTIVE

C. Event Coverage and Reporting

In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are looking for a INTEGRATED PLANNING LEADER  H/F .

This position is located ONSHORE, 5.5d/Week in the Client Office in Lagos in Rotational mode  11x2 or Resident mode
OPERATIONS
Prepares onshore maintenance and inspection medium term and longer term planning,
Plans maintenance operations (routine and short-term)
Ensures discipline workloads are balanced over the year,
Provides direct input into COMPANY longer term planning for Maintenance activities.
Provides direct support and coordination of Preventative Maintenance and Inspection activity with the Offshore Methods team.
Assists the Methods team onshore with the Coordination and expediting of all equipment repairs.
Monitors historical maintenance and inspection data quality and advises COMPANY of any anomalies.
Is the main link between Maintenance team and the Integrated Planning team and feeds and updates the FOPS 1 &amp; 4 months Planning regularly.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
He is responsible for the accurate preparation and planning of all Preventive Maintenance, construction and inspection activities.
He ensures all Work loadings are manageable with the resources available.
He ensures accurate and timely supply and return of Materials for use and subsequent repair, with close liaison with onshore Methods team.
He ensures an accurate support to the planning function on the FPSO.
He provides to COMPANY all Maintenance and Inspection Statistical reporting.
He monitors discipline backlogs and highlights problems to COMPANY.
Assists COMPANY in the generation of the Maintenance annual work-plan and Budget.
 The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
Chartered Engineer (A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’
study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent,
5 to 10 years’ experience in the Planning of maintenance activities on oil and gas production installations,
A good knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.

Responsabilities : 
Updates of the Maintenance Plans: may involve procedures drafting, drawings issuance, studies performance, spare parts identification reviews, tools reviews, documentation filing, binding, or data capture in computerized systems.
Supports the FPSO operational teams as requested in areas of own specialty, including drafting working procedures, maintenance programs, and providing associated logistic support.
Develops maintenance methods tools in own area of competence, analyses the works and practices, and suggests ways of optimization.
Performs technical studies in his field of competence in view of improving performance or upgrading the facilities.
Follows-up the technical problems raised, follows-up the technical and contractual files, as instructed, follows up the warranty claims and the implementation of the corrective actions.
Performs equipment performance analysis; develop and put in place enhanced condition monitoring programs.
Follows-up the day-to-day activities of the offshore teams; remains available to provide them the assistance and support as needed.
Pays regular visits to the offshore site and participates to the jobs as required; may be involved in operational works including major shutdowns. May be incorporated into maintenance working shifts, as required during major operations.
Aids and logistic support as required for the provision of resources: vendors, additional manpower, services, tools, spare parts, consumables, and other materials. Coordinates with CPLO the transfer offshore of these resources.
Coordinates as required the repairs required to be subcontracted outside.
Attends materials repairs or inspection in the LADOL base or in contractor’s facilities.
Coordinates, according to the instructions received from hierarchy, his activities with the MTMC (Maintenance and Technical Methods Contractor) method and planning engineers based in Lagos.
Follows-up into UNISUP, the computerized maintenance management system, the registration of the works, of the consumed materials, of the services...
Follows-up the spare parts and consumables consumption, report anomalies and initiate suitable action to prevent shortage, optimize the stock
Reviews the requests for materials, defines the technical specifications for purchase.
Supervises receipt of materials on a technical point of view when required and visit the warehouse for material inspection.
Controls the condition of materials in warehouses, act for improvement as needed.
Maintains and updates the technical documentation
Performs periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The holder of this position must have :
Engineer University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
