Main Responsibilities 2.1 HSE & SIMOPS Oversight • Ensure Contractor compliance with TotalEnergies HSE standards. • Verify safe execution of pressure testing, nitrogen leak testing, and line blowing activities. • Review risk assessments and JSAs prior to critical activities (hydrotest, pneumatic test, chemical cleaning, nitrogen displacement). • Ensure strict control of temporary test equipment and test packs. • Challenge unsafe practices and stop works if necessary. 2.2 Contractor Supervision & Assistance • Supervise Contractor PVV Pre-Commissioning activities. • Verify adequacy of manpower, certified technicians, calibrated gauges, and test equipment. • Assist Contractor in resolving technical interface issues when required. 2.3 Technical Oversight – PVV Scope Witness, review and validate Contractor execution of: • Line checking against P&ID and Isometrics • Hydrostatic testing of piping systems • Pneumatic testing where applicable • Flushing, blowing and cleaning activities (water flushing, air blowing, steam blowing as applicable) • Drying and preservation activities • Valve inspection • Verification of correct installation of spectacle blinds and spades • Final reinstatement after testing Ensure no pressure test or system release occurs without Company validation. 2.4 Documentation & Quality Control • Review and approve: o Test packs o Hydrotest dossiers o Method statements o Inspection & Test Records (ITRs) o Pressure charts and calibration certificates • Monitor punch list identification and closure (A/B/C categories as per project). • Ensure redline markups are properly reflected in P&IDs and Isometrics. • Review final PVV Pre-Commissioning dossier before handover.

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline • Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas experience • Minimum 3 years in Piping / Mechanical Pre-Commissioning roles • Previous experience in SIMOPS environments • Strong knowledge of pressure testing standards (ASME, project specifications) • Familiarity with TotalEnergies General Specifications preferred

Basic Functions: The primary role of the Commissioning Site Leader is to ensure that the CONTRACTOR's scope of services for pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation is carried out in compliance with Contract and schedule obligations, and in line with SATORP specifications. The position also involves ensuring the safe and smooth execution of all commissioning activities, following the OPERCOM® methodology and the proper use of ICAPS© software. Main Accountabilities: The Commissioning Site Leader is responsible for supporting the review and approval of the CONTRACTOR's commissioning organization, deliverables, procedures, and planning activities to ensure a safe and efficient operational start-up. This includes developing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the proponent department, participating in HSE activities, managing systems and sub-systems definitions, and ensuring proper preparation and review of pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on CONTRACTOR/Subcontractor progress, issuing periodic progress reports, and organizing and coordinating commissioning execution activities. Package 4 Commissioning Utilities Leader: 1) Experience in OPERCOM ™ and ICAPS© application 2) At least 15 years of experience in Oil&Gas industry, including ~10 years of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning 3) Experience in preparation and execution of Operational and functional Tests for Utilities (Instrument Air compressors; Colling Water systems; Fire Water & Deluge system; Flares and Incinerators Fuel Gas and Diesel Fuel systems. 4) Experience in execution of the piping commissioning activities: chemical cleaning, flushing, drying, leak testing. 5) Knowledge and practical experience in application of the process and mechanical lock out / tag out systems.

Qualifications: The position requires a high level of knowledge in all types of activities within a petrochemical site, with multi-disciplines specialists needed and over 10 years of experience. Specific skills include a process or operation background, knowledge of EPCC contract management, and high competencies in OPERCOM® and ICAPS© tools. The ideal candidate should be methodical, well-organized, a team player, and exhibit a critical, constructive, ethical, and integrity-driven attitude. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
