Follow and Effectively communicate QHSSE policies, procedures, and updates to employees at BC level. • To maintain all Quality documentation and records up to date at any time • To ensure that the Q-HSE tools and documentation are working, properly maintained and accessible. •To ensure coordination with Clients QHSE Coordinators, and Security advisor •To coordinate with the Client for personnel training related to HSE issues such as (but not limited to) First Aid and Fire Fighting. •Organize and conduct regular emergency drills to evaluate the effectiveness of response plans. •To ensure that the Company Safety rules are properly applied by the personnel within any Company premises and Project site. •To conduct Internal Audits/ HSE Inspection wherever and whenever required by the management or in accordance with the schedule. •Regularly inspect the workplace to identify and address potential safety hazards. •To lead accident investigation whenever and wherever requested by the management. •To assist in the preparation of presentation documents, pre-qualifications, proposals, and tenders with respect to QHSE matters and other subjects as required. •To continuously develop and improve knowledge and awareness of the staff and employees on Q-HSE topics. •To record Q-HSE indicators and prepare monthly reports. •Monitor the Personnel on Board (POB) report and notify the relevant teams, including HR, Logistics, and Operations, for updating. •Oversee emergency response plans, ensuring preparedness for any unforeseen situation. REQUIRED SKILLS: •Practical approach to problem solving in situations where only limited standardization exists. •Ability to deal with emergency situations. •Procedure writing and identify gaps in the organization. •Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to deal with multi-cultural environment.

Basic Functions: The primary function of the Commissioning Static equipment Specialist is to ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for mechanical static equipment disciplines are prepared and executed according to the OPERCOM® methodology in a safe manner and according to the planned schedule. Main Accountabilities: The main accountabilities include ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is given the highest priority, coordinating and approving the quality and completeness of deliverables, assisting Commissioning Unit leaders in witnessing and monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, reviewing pre-commissioning dossiers, and ensuring the care and maintenance of equipment by EPCC Contractor. The specialist is also responsible for monitoring all static equipment commissioning activities, reviewing and commenting on test procedures, and liaising with other teams to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to start-up phase.

Qualifications: The position requires an engineer level or above education, high knowledge of static equipment activities within a petrochemical site, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position. Specific skills include knowledge of EPCC contract management, OPERCOM®, and ICAPS©. The candidate should be methodic, organized, have a good team spirit, and be fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.

Job Purpose: This position is a unique opportunity to manage the day-to-day Plants operations and First-degree Maintenance programs at an onshore field that produces oil. Your main duties will be to:- · To organize the day-to-day Plant activities, managing the operators dispatching, following up tasks execution and reporting the feed back to the production superintendent in liaison with the control room. · To prepare commissioning procedures · To act as site representative for commissioning and/or startup operations. · To supervise the operating parameters of the production and utility process’s/equipment. · To organize the execution of level one and level 2 maintenance including minor repairs on production equipment’s. · To supervise the coordination of the work permit execution, applying precautions/conditions highlighted, ensuring the tidiness of the area, and managing the Permit to work tracking system. · To advise the Production Superintendent of any potential hazardous situation or changes to operating conditions and implements any actions necessary to maintain safe continuous hydrocarbon production. · To manage the shift organization of operators under his resp. · To ensure the validity of the well tests according to procedures and well performance program for new wells considering well start up procedure emitted by WPWI Eng. · To prepare the daily report. · To enforce the waste management philosophy on the Plant. · To supervise the operations under his resp. as HSE representative regarding the safety and environment policy. · Supervise in person the delicate or risky field operations. · Assume the operational responsibilities as part of the work permit. · Ensure that all activities are conducted in respect of HSE Group standards and in accordance to the Italian regulations Promote Company’s HSE and quality policies, rules, procedures, and programs; Implement actions in order to reach Company’s HSE objectives; Promote safety and environment awareness. Candidate profile: Ideally you will have graduated in chemical/production engineering with a minimum experience of 5/10 years of experience in Totalenergies affiliate within working in operation. You are fluent in Arabic, and fluency in English or French would be an advantage. You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
