Key Responsibility:

Ensure each cargo file is complete:Confirm all entitlements are respected at closing
Update and archive documentation
Harmonise procedures across all blocks

Qualifications

Govern Non-Conformance, Deviation &amp; Derogation Management and Continuous Improvement
Support the QAQC Portfolio Manager in the systematic follow-up and closeout of Deviations and Derogations, ensuring proper documentation, traceability and resolution in line with the QMS requirements
Capture, consolidate and Lessons Learned arising from non-conformances, audits and project experience, feeding continuous improvement across the portfolio and promoting a culture of quality excellence

Report at Portfolio Level on Quality matters to alert on trends and risks, and propose remedial actions
Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of all Quality assurance activities across projects
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on significant quality failures or recurring issues, ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are properly defined, assigned and tracked to closure
Maintain and update the portfolio-level quality risk register, ensuring identified risks are mitigated and monitored throughout the project lifecycle
Review and report to the QAQC PP Manager any quality problems or difficulties raised by QA/QC projects team members
Carry out any other duties as may be required by hierarchy and PPM.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
The QA Lead reports directly to the QAQC Portfolio Manager (PPM) and supports him in developing, implementing and improving the Quality
Management System across the project portfolio.
The job holder shall ensure that all quality activities are carried out in compliance with company rules, project procedures and applicable industry standards, and that Contractors and Subcontractors always meet the required quality expectations.
The QA Lead shall identify quality risks early, ensure that non-conformances, deviations and derogations are properly documented, followed up and closed out, and report any significant quality concern to the QAQC PP Manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Certification in NDT, Welding or Coating inspection (CSWIP, IWE, FROSIO/NACE) is an advantage
Professional Experience in similar position (number of years): more than 5 years
Good knowledge in QMS, construction, pipe laying, metallurgy, Welding, NDT, coating and pre-commissioning

Build TEPNG Project Management System

Monitor implementation of the work breakdown structure, Schedule, progress measurement and reporting procedures, using appropriate tools.

Ensuring availability at all times of an updated and accurate scheduling and progress measurement documentation.
Ensuring reporting at Project level (issue of Weekly reports, Monthly Status Report...)

SERVICE DIMENSION:
The Project Architect serves as the Company's resident in-house architectural authority across all Company EP Nigeria Limited facilities in Nigeria. The role holder is responsible for the full architectural lifecycle of capital projects and facilities management services, from initial design concept through to construction supervision, quality assurance, and as-built documentation.
This is a technically demanding, multi-site role requiring a seasoned professional who can independently manage complex briefs, engage with contractors and consultants to enforce design standards, and ensure that all built environments meet the Company's specifications, regulatory requirements, and best international practices in construction and infrastructure.

ACTIVITIES:
A. Architectural Design &amp; Documentation
Articulate, initiate and develop original conceptual architectural designs in response to project briefs and Company requirements.
Produce detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and specifications, across all project stages from concept to construction.
Prepare shop drawings and change-control drawings during construction phases, ensuring alignment with approved designs.
Review and validate architectural designs submitted by external consultants, verifying compliance with scope, specifications, and applicable standards.

B. Construction Supervision &amp; Quality Control

Diesel engines
Common valve types (butterfly, gate, ball, PSV)
Crane hydraulic systems (crane hydraulic circuits, HPU, hydraulic pumps).
Fully familiar with lubrication requirements and different types of lubricants.
Familiarized with preventive maintenance tasks and their objectives.
Aware of Condition‑Based Maintenance (CBM) techniques such as vibration monitoring and oil analysis, including their purpose and limitations.
Maintenance:
Understands preventive and corrective maintenance concepts and basic maintenance planning principles.
Has basic knowledge of CMMS usage (issue notifications, read and complete work orders).
Able to identify and correctly use mechanical measuring tools.
Able to identify spare parts and follow appropriate procedures or work instructions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Angolan national.
Technical secondary education or vocational training in Mechanical Maintenance or related discipline.
0 to 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or industrial equipment maintenance; oil &amp; gas experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, and lubrication principles.
Ability to use basic mechanical tools and follow maintenance procedures under supervision.
Strong ability to read drawings and technical documentation.
Strong awareness of HSE rules and willingness to comply with offshore safety requirements.
Fluent in Portuguese; basic English knowledge required.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
Medically fit and willing to work offshore under rotational schedules.
Demonstrates motivation, discipline, and willingness to learn.&lt;br /&gt;

Job Purpose:
This position is a unique opportunity to manage the day-to-day Plants operations and First-degree Maintenance programs at an onshore field that produces oil.
Your main duties will be to:-
·  To organize the day-to-day Plant activities, managing the operators dispatching, following up tasks execution and reporting the feed back to the production superintendent in liaison with the control room.
·  To prepare commissioning procedures
·  To act as site representative for commissioning and/or startup operations.
·  To supervise the operating parameters of the production and utility process’s/equipment.
·  To organize the execution of level one and level 2 maintenance including minor repairs on production equipment’s.
·  To supervise the coordination of the work permit execution, applying precautions/conditions highlighted, ensuring the tidiness of the area, and managing the Permit to work tracking system. 
·  To advise the Production Superintendent of any potential hazardous situation or changes to operating conditions and implements any actions necessary to maintain safe continuous hydrocarbon production.
·  To manage the shift organization of operators under his resp.
·  To ensure the validity of the well tests according to procedures and well performance program for new wells considering well start up procedure emitted by WPWI Eng.
·  To prepare the daily report.  
·  To enforce the waste management philosophy on the Plant.
·  To supervise the operations under his resp. as HSE representative regarding the safety and environment policy.
·  Supervise in person the delicate or risky field operations. 
·  Assume the operational responsibilities as part of the work permit.
·  Ensure that all activities are conducted in respect of HSE Group standards and in accordance to the Italian regulations
Promote Company’s HSE and quality policies, rules, procedures, and programs; Implement actions in order to reach Company’s HSE objectives; Promote safety and environment awareness.

Accountabilities:
·  Manage the Chemicals supply and monitoring on the Plant if necessary related to his responsibilities.
·  To ensure that plants and equipment run according to operating procedures, Company rules and production requests.
·  Supervision of main production parameters, downgraded situations, shifts hand over; etc…
·  To ensure that operations activities are conducted in compliance with safety and environmental protection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Candidate profile:
Ideally you will have graduated in chemical/production engineering with a minimum experience of 5/10 years of experience in Totalenergies affiliate within working in operation.
You are fluent in Arabic, and fluency in English or French would be an advantage.
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.&lt;br /&gt;

The Completion Officer supports the implementation and management of the system completion process on site, ensuring proper tracking, certification, and handover of systems and subsystems in line with project requirements.
Working under the Commissioning Site Lead (CSL) and in coordination with discipline leads, the Completion Officer ensures accurate population and follow-up of completion databases within a brownfield and SIMOPS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of the system/subsystem breakdown and completion strategy
Populate and maintain the completion database (SCDB / ICAPS)
Track and follow up on:
Mechanical Completion (MC)
Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning status
Punch lists and close-out
Ensure proper handover dossiers and certification are prepared and aligned with OPERCOM requirements
Interface with discipline leads and contractors to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Monitor progress and report completion status, KPIs, and gaps
Support audits and ensure compliance with project procedures
Assist in coordination between site teams and remote completion/commissioning teams&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications &amp; Experience
Minimum 5  in Oil &amp; Gas
Experience with system completion processes  
Hands-on experience with SCDB / ICAPS (mandatory or strong advantage)
