Working under the Commissioning Site Lead (CSL) and in coordination with discipline leads, the Completion Officer ensures accurate population and follow-up of completion databases within a brownfield and SIMOPS environment. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of the system/subsystem breakdown and completion strategy Populate and maintain the completion database (SCDB / ICAPS) Track and follow up on: Mechanical Completion (MC) Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning status Punch lists and close-out Ensure proper handover dossiers and certification are prepared and aligned with OPERCOM requirements Interface with discipline leads and contractors to ensure data accuracy and completeness Monitor progress and report completion status, KPIs, and gaps Support audits and ensure compliance with project procedures Assist in coordination between site teams and remote completion/commissioning teams

Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 in Oil & Gas Experience with system completion processes Hands-on experience with SCDB / ICAPS (mandatory or strong advantage) Experience in onshore and brownfield projects Skills & Competencies Good coordination and communication skills Ability to work in multidisciplinary and fast-paced environments Proficient with completion systems and reporting tools

Rattaché(e) au Conducteur de Travaux, vous êtes en charge d'assurer le bon fonctionnement d'une équipe de travail pour mener à bien un ou plusieurs chantiers en réseaux extérieurs, dans le respect des objectifs fixés de premier niveau. Vous êtes la personne ressource en cas de problèmes techniques et êtes garant des travaux réalisés par votre équipe ou interventions techniques. Vos responsabilités s'exercent sur trois pôles fondamentaux : les processus de réalisation et la qualité, la sécurité, et la planification du travail et les approvisionnements. Persévérant, volontaire, autonome, doté(e) d'un bon relationnel et de réelles compétences managériales et techniques, vous assurez le bon déroulement des travaux dans le respect de la qualité recherchée, du délai de livraison et des règles en vigueur. Polyvalent, vous avez des compétences en éclairage public, colonne montante, réseau aérien et souterrain. Vous maitrisez les normes NFC 15 -100 et NFC 14 -100.

Vous êtes de formation initiale de niveau IV à V (type CAP, BEP, BAC PRO) et bénéficiez d’une expérience sur chantier dans ce domaine d’activité. Vous êtes persévérant, volontaire, autonome, doté d'un bon relationnel et de réelles compétences managériales et techniques, vous assurez le bon déroulement des travaux dans le respect de la qualité recherchée, du délai de livraison et des règles en vigueur. Polyvalent, vous avez des compétences en électricité dans les domaines Basse Tension, Haute tension et en éclairage public. Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire.
