SERVICE PURPOSE The Subsea Wells Superintendent role is designed to achieve the following objectives Guarantee personnel and equipment availability and mobilization offshore to the rig & OIMR/ LWI vessels, minimal NPTs during operations and HSE incidents. Ensure that all operational requirements are proactively managed Monitor SPS contractors’ performance (KPI) for service delivery for offshore operations, equipment maintenance etc SERVICE DIMENSIONS The Subsea Well Superintendent ensures full compliance with COMPANY's policies, standards, code of conduct, and HSE requirements while providing operational leadership across subsea activities. The role provides technical support to the onshore subsea/completion service base team and SPS contractors (OneSubsea, TechnipFMC, Exprotech, Diamould, Fugro-impROV, Halliburton, OAL) and validates subsea and workover operations to ensure well delivery objectives are met. Drive personal and team compliance with HSE rules, company standards, and ethical requirements. Provide supervisory oversight to the offshore subsea supervisors, while supporting the Drilling / Rig Superintendents to ensure safe and efficient operations and wells delivery. Supervise up to 15 service contractor personnel per operation (up to 4 x offshore subsea supervisors are direct reports). Support delivery of 8–10 deepwater wells annually through effective planning and offshore coordination. Work collaboratively with HSE, FOPS, HQ, C&P, finance, logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution. HSE: Demonstrates personal commitment to COMPANY's EP’s HSE Policy. Maintains awareness of and ensures compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards. Actively participates in Company safety awareness/initiative schemes and audits to ensure the contractors under his/her responsibility are compliant. S/He is part of the on-site management emergency response team and provides technical knowledge Ensures and verifies that a valid PTW has been compiled and put in place for each operational task, with all associated risks captured. Ensures continuous reporting of safety and environmental concerns/incidents within his/her team. Is certified (IWCF) and contributes to the prevention of COMPANY's biggest industrial risk (Loss of well control/ well blow out) Acts as the Focal point for Safety, technical and operational/maintenance for all subsea activities (including but not limited to SERS/WERP & BOCP procedure updates) at ONSHORE OFFICE LOCATION SERVICE CONTENT: Focal point for all offshore operations and provide support to Onne Subsea Superintendent and completion Engineer for onshore preparatory aspects that impact upon readiness, maintenance, and mobilization of personnel/equipment to the rig, OIMR & LWI vessels (based on up-to-date operational schedules).

Continuation on SERVICE CONTENT: Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Risk Assessments (RA) for activities and ensure that supervisors promptly Submit and file A3 reports / non-conformance reports / close out reports for RCAs and operational RAs. The role will also ensure that necessary actions are taken to prevent reoccurrence. Facilitate post-operational debrief sessions and log lessons learned arising from operational activities for continually improving performance (i.e., minimize NPT, reinforce best practices etc.). Participate in engineering scopes for well construction activities i.e., maintenance and availability of tools and equipment, operational programs, reviews (for HAZID/HAZOPs, Well-on-Paper exercises etc.), and accurate reporting. Prepare and participate in contractor audits – HSE, SCM, and SQM activities and propose ways of continually minimizing costs, enabling higher quality, and improving performance. Maintain good technical interface with other entities – HQ, HSE, Assets, Drilling, Well Integrity Group, and GSR for business and operational requirements. Ensure that offshore Work Instructions, Management of Change (MoC), and the issuance of Well Handover & End of Well Reports (Short and Long) are correctly developed and submitted on time. Drives a LEAN, 3C, cost rationalization and continuous improvement culture throughout the well delivery cycle Interface with DW Stock control to ensure proper tracking of materials and spares under COMPANY'S custody and control, related to CONTRACTOR Base activities. Procurement process in line with budget and operational requirements, and related administration/reporting/tracking. Cost follow up and reporting to each DW technical entity on budget line/Call Off expenditures. Proper spares management implementation by Contractor (storage, segregation, inventory, robust obsolescence management etc.) to assure operation and maintenance tasks are executed as scheduled. Support technical aspect (interface engineering, logistics support, offshore operation/deployment) of the GoG EDP/LRP/SERS & Subsea dispersants including preparation for BOCP procedures for rig & LWIV operations QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Technical degree (B.Sc./HND) Engineering >10 years’ experience in Subsea production systems with QA/QC, fabrication & testing with deep water project and contractor management experience Operational experience in subsea wells discipline (Drilling & Completions Métier), and knowledge of managing contracts. Understanding of control and protection systems (ESD, alarms, trips, interlocks). Formation supérieure en droit ou droit des assurances (ENASS, Master II en droit des assurances). 5 ans minimum dans le département assurances d’un groupe international ou chez un courtier ou une compagnie d’assurances. Tracking of NAPIMS Contract CFTs. Compile and review all ECP COMPANY/NAPIMS yearly budget WPs (IB, RB, FYP) including backup documents and transmit to PAR. Advise technical responsible on over-performance, underperformance, performance without authorization, feedback from NAPIMS etc. Ensure contracts are implemented as stipulated. Ensure that ECP Contract register is updated, weekly. Maintain database of running and forecast Contracts. Assist to interface with PAR/NAPIMS/NCDMB/DPR and other 3rd parties on SUBCOM, Quarterly True- Ups Meetings & Sessions. Analize ECP budget performance and report. Circulate Budget performance status and report. Prepare ECP monthly cost estimate accuracy and report. Follow up with technical responsible to close out identified PAR/C&P/SCC issues. Prepare monthly ECP PAR dashboard and KPI. Secretary to ECP Project Steering Committee meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Engineering background with a minimum of 13 years’ experience in construction of O&G installations. Good English. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Use of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, SAP, BW, CONTIKI, CARS.

SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is looking for profiles to fill the position of Safety Dojo Training Coordinator. The incumbent is required to: Ensure compliance to applicable local / international regulations and Company referential: Make input on Safety Engineering documents for facilities design, operation and abandonment, in conformity with Company, Industry and Statutory requirements. Provide Safety Engineering support on studies conducted internally and follow up Safety Engineering studies undertaken by Contractors during Basic/Detailed Engineering as assigned by hierarchy. Provide support to operated facilities: Undertake periodic update of facility Safety Concept. Review and make necessary inputs to all safety-related modifications and corresponding engineering documents to existing facilities (P&ID, ESD Logic, Fire and Gas Cause and Effects Matrix, Active and Passive fire protection, Fire and Gas detection, Escape and Evacuation route, Hazardous Area Classification, Safety Layout, Flare Radiation) Undertake the development, review and update of Operational Safety Case in line with regulatory (NUPRC) requirement for operated sites in Nigeria. Risk Assessment: Lead specific Safety Engineering studies / reviews in support of Request for Modification (RFM) process and Downgraded Situations (DGS) – HAZOP, HAZID, BowTie Assessment etc. Support operational entities in Derogation preparation. Undertake flammable/toxic gas dispersion, fire and explosion consequence modelling using PHAST software, and interpret result for safe operation of oil and gas facilities. Undertake Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) assessment process and SIL assignment for Safety Instrumented Systems within oil and gas facilities. Major Risk Management: Facilitate Safety and Environmental Critical Element (SECE) identification workshops and the follow up of Safety Engineering responsibilities as specified in GS GR HSE 311. Lead in major risk identification, develop risk reduction measures for managing technological risks, and monitor implementation in compliance with the group referential (GS GR HSE 312) for technological risk assessment (TRA). Lead Major Risk awareness training and barrier verification exercises. Promote Major Risk awareness within COMPANY via development of Process Safety Event articles for dissemination to operated asset. Support Major Risk management implementation through development of dashboard for monitoring barrier status. Provide process safety support to Engineering Construction & Projects (ECP), Operational / Asset Operated by Others (AOBO) entities and partners on risk management issues.

HSE CONTENT Familiarize self with TUCN emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operations. ACCOUNTABILITIES Risk Assessment: Work with critical contacts to maintain technological and operational risk assessment compliance studies using approved DGEP guidelines and methodology for all operating sites. Safety Engineering: Facilitate safety studies and review to assist management of change requests. Perform effective safety engineering design studies. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED B.Sc degree or equivalent in Chemical, Petroleum or related Engineering (an M.Sc. degree in Safety Engineering or similar is a plus. Typically, 10 years of oil and gas industry professional experience of which at least 5 years in an equivalent position as Safety & Loss Prevention Engineer. Good knowledge of Loss Prevention standards and procedure and major hazard legislation. Good knowledge of risk assessment techniques and management (HAZOP, HAZID, HAZAN, QRA) and other reviews. Autonomous with investigation/observation skills, effective communication and organizational capability.
