Vos missions : Assurer la prévention et la maîtrise des risques HSE sur les sites clients et contribuer au déploiement des standards HSE de l'entreprise. Il intervient principalement en support des opérations SPIE TM et apporte également un support HSE ponctuel à d’autres projets du périmètre ENA ainsi qu’aux activités de préparation d’offres (bids). Le poste combine des activités opérationnelles terrain et de support technique HSE dans un objectif d’amélioration continue de la performance HSE.
-        Support aux équipes projet pour la préparation HSE des chantiers (travaux SPIE TM et sous-traitants)
Participation aux analyses de risques et la définition des moyens de prévention associés
Support à la réalisation des PDP
Vérification de l’adéquation des compétences / habilitations / autorisations de conduite / moyens (vérification VGP…)
Support au briefing du Chef de chantier sur les risques / mesures de prévention
 -        Support aux Chefs de chantier sur site client
Participation à l’inspection commune et à la validation du PDP
Vérification de l’état des moyens et des VGP, vérification des consignations, purges préalables à l’intervention
Vérification de l’adéquation des compétences / habilitations / autorisations de conduite
Support au briefing des intervenants sur les risques / mesures de prévention
Vérification de l’appropriation par les intervenants et de la bonne exécution des dispositions HSE prévues pour l’exécution des travaux en sécurité (PDP, respect des consignes SPIE TM, règles vitales SPIE)
Veiller à la mise à jour des analyses de risques en cours de chantier
Support pour les animations de causeries et le déploiement des pratiques de fiabilisation des interventions (pré-job briefing / minute sécurité / vigilance partagée / attitude interrogative…)
 -        Traiter les remontées d’information du chantier (accidents, presqu’accidents, situations dangereuses, causeries,…)
Remonter et analyser les causes des incidents QHSSSE
Participer à la proposition des actions d’amélioration
    -        Support HSE aux projets hors SPIE TM
Réaliser des missions ponctuelles d’appui HSE sur des sites clients hors périmètre STM
Apporter un support technique HSE aux équipes opérationnelles
Participer à l’analyse des risques et à la définition des mesures de prévention
Contribuer à la diffusion des standards HSE SPIE 
-        Support aux activités de préparation d’offres (Bid Support)
Contribuer aux volets HSE des dossiers d’appel d’offres
Participer à l’identification des risques HSE associés aux projets
Définir les stratégies HSE et plans de prévention associés
Apporter une expertise HSE aux équipes commerciales et techniques&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
· BAC+5 – diplôme d’ingénieur en mécanique ou équivalent
· Expérience minimum de 10 ans sur sites industriels
· Bonne connaissance des activités de maintenance mécanique industrielle
· Maîtrise des risques liés aux travaux mécaniques
· Connaissance des opérations de levage et manutention
· Maîtrise des risques liés aux travaux en hauteur
· Connaissance des risques liés aux espaces confinés
· Connaissance des procédures de consignation / déconsignation (LOTO)
· Maîtrise des analyses de risques chantier (JSA, analyses préalables)
· Connaissance des plans de prévention (PDP) et permis de travail
· Connaissance des inspections communes préalables
· Bonne connaissance de la réglementation HSE applicable aux sites industriels

Manages the team of technicians directly under his responsibility,

Identifies recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them, and suggests improvements,
Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programs and if need be, suggests improvements,

Professional experience: 10 years' experience in the field of production on oil and gas production installations
Offshore Construction Coordinator and Work Preparator with extensive experience in offshore and onshore oil &amp;

Key Responsibilities
Operational &amp; Technical Duties
Oversee the operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems, including planning, scheduling, inspection, and supervision of daily activities.
Perform hands-on maintenance of mechanical equipment and control systems.
Troubleshoot faults, diagnose malfunctions, and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
Conduct maintenance and repair work on UPVC, copper, DI, HDPE, GRE, and CS piping systems.

Routine maintenance job planning
- Establish, maintain and improve the Maintenance Plans within the area of responsibility
- Develop equipment preventive maintenance schedule.
- Based on the daily new work request from production, Planning engineer shall prepare detailed activity break up along with the estimation of required resources for the job i.e. internal and external manpower, materials and services.
- Preparing work pack for each work order.
- Coordinate and review the work plan for assigned maintenance activities; review and evaluate planned work, methods , procedures and oversee spare parts inventory.

Contract Handling
- Participate in maintenance contracts handling including scope development, specifications, initiating procurement process, technical evaluation and provide support to superiors for management approval process as and when required.
- Day to day coordination with contractors to supply manpower and/or services based on requirement during daily work order planning.
- Verify and process the invoices submitted by the contractor.

Spares and Materials management
- Communicate and Co-ordinate with end-users to ensure spares and materials are made available by Planning Engineers for schedule activities. Also provide feedback to MRP so that cost-effective replenishment levels are maintained.
- Updating the item master including item specifications, Bill of Material, Spare Parts Criticality and new item codes in ERP as and when required.
- Responsible for the Periodic Inventory review &amp; Changes in the buffer stock levels with the coordination of end-users.
- Co-ordinate with Supply Chain department and Contractors for procurement of spares to ensure the availability.

Bachelor’s Engineering degree (12+4 years) in (Mechanical )

Les éléments critiques et ceux qu’il a visités
Les paramètres de fonctionnement et avertir le responsable du démarrage en cas d’anomalie
L’absence de fuites d’huile, de combustible, d’air ou de vapeur
-        Traçabilité des opérations:
Renseigner les feuilles de contrôle
Renseigner les feuilles d’inventaires à réception et expédition
Participer à la rédaction des divers rapports et procès-verbaux
Renseigner le Plan Qualité Affaire et gamme
-        Moyens matériels et poste de travail:
Ranger et nettoyer les outillages fournis
Veiller à l’entretien du matériel
Maintenir le poste de travail propre et rangé
Informer le chef d'équipe/chef de chantier/Responsable atelier de tout outillage manquant ou défectueux
Effectuer une demande de moyens supplémentaires si requis auprès du chef de chantier / chef d’équipe / Responsable atelier
Effectuer le rangement final du chantier / zone de travail atelier et des outillages
 -        Être en appui technique (compagnonnage...) des monteurs mécaniciens, des alternants….
 -        Peut-être amené à encadrer ponctuellement une équipe de monteurs mécaniciens&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

                                                 Scaffolding Supervisor
 Job Purpose:
To optimize production downtime when executing maintenance activities contributing to the development and review of risk assessments.

Your main duties will be to: -
Oversee the management of topside non-routine activities, coordinating with various onboard entities (FOPS, E&amp;C, MP, MNT, INSP) and maintaining close collaboration with the onshore coordination team to ensure proper scope arbitration, validation, and  works.
Supervise contractor personnel onboard and act as the HSE representative to uphold safety standards.
Monitor offshore execution to ensure alignment with established KPIs, agreed milestones, and the approved P6 schedule.
Directly support Al-Shaheen field production goals by ensuring offshore activities are completed within the defined timeframes.
Assist in coordinating and supervising scaffold activities, promoting an efficient, multidisciplinary, and integrated approach.
Serve as the primary liaison with onshore teams to address and resolve any issues that arise during the execution phase.
Promote a cost-conscious approach across all activities to optimize resource utilization.
Identify opportunities and integrity risks to maximize production output while ensuring compliance with environmental and process safety standards.
Carry out Internal audits of all scaffolding works.
Ensure that all scaffolding is erected and dismantled in line with regulations NASC TG20,SG4,OSHA or Local Codes Of Practice.

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.
 A minimum of 5 years in a scaffold supervisor position
·  CISRS Advanced Scaffolder (Gold Card / NVQ Level 3) and or CISRS Overseas Scaffold Supervisor Certificate of Training and Record Card (Gold Card)CISRS Scaffold Inspection Certificate or equivalent. Advanced skills and knowledge of Scaffold Management techniques of Ring Lock and traditional tube and fitting material preferably in the petrochemical, refining, Oil &amp; Gas exploration and / or production industries.
 · Awareness / basic use of planning software tools i.e. Primavera P6, MS Project.
·  Excellent planning , organizational and communication skills required.
· Solid leadership skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment.
· Self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
· High level user of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) SAP.
