Key Responsibility:
Assist the Service Head in preparing the “Price Meeting” dossier for quarterly submission to MIREMPET/MINFIN.
Calculate and monitor demurrage processes for all operated blocks:Verify and validate demurrage invoices from partners.
Calculate and re-invoice demurrage for non-operated blocks.
Assist in preparing the demurrage file for submission to the concessionaire and Trading for cost recovery (as per PSA B17 and B32).
Assist in preparing the delegated budget, including:Trading commercial support
Customs/agent fees and charges
Demurrage and well operations (WO)
Prepare monthly reports on actuals and budget monitoring.
Prepare and submit the Monthly Crude Export Report to MIREMPET and AGT.
Prepare and internally distribute the monthly summary of cargoes and selling prices, including a 3-month forecast.
Manage electronic filing (shipping documents, telex, cargo documentation, fund requests, invoices).
Organise and maintain files for audit purposes.
Process invoices from agents (TEPA and partners), demurrage, and re-invoicing to TEP Congo.
Send documentary instructions and payment confirmations to agents.
Prepare the Annual Export Guide via SMF (Fiscal Measurement System), AGT and MIREMPET portals.
Manage REX Certificate validity and renewal every 5 years with MINDCOM.
Monitor cargoes, prices, and cost forecasts using the database system.
Track CAPEX vs invoices.
Ensure each cargo file is complete:Confirm all entitlements are respected at closing
Update and archive documentation
Harmonise procedures across all blocks
Produce a monthly cargo report.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications
Academic level: BAC +2 (Diploma) in Economics / Management / Finance
Experience

Capture, consolidate and Lessons Learned arising from non-conformances, audits and project experience, feeding continuous improvement across the portfolio and promoting a culture of quality excellence

Report at Portfolio Level on Quality matters to alert on trends and risks, and propose remedial actions
Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of all Quality assurance activities across projects
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on significant quality failures or recurring issues, ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are properly defined, assigned and tracked to closure

ACCOUNTABILITIES
The QA Lead reports directly to the QAQC Portfolio Manager (PPM) and supports him in developing, implementing and improving the Quality
Management System across the project portfolio.
The job holder shall ensure that all quality activities are carried out in compliance with company rules, project procedures and applicable industry standards, and that Contractors and Subcontractors always meet the required quality expectations.
The QA Lead shall identify quality risks early, ensure that non-conformances, deviations and derogations are properly documented, followed up and closed out, and report any significant quality concern to the QAQC PP Manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Experience required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Certification in NDT, Welding or Coating inspection (CSWIP, IWE, FROSIO/NACE) is an advantage
Professional Experience in similar position (number of years): more than 5 years

Build TEPNG Project Management System

Purpose
Lead and manage the QA/QC Department across all phases of Major Projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning). Accountable for implementing the Project Quality Management System, driving compliance with EPCC Contract requirements, and overseeing multi-disciplinary QA/QC teams. Reports directly to the Chief Major Projects Officer.
Key Responsibilities
•    QA/QC Leadership: Own the full QA/QC function across EPCC phases; implement the Project QMS/Plan; report deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities to the Chief Major Projects Officer; foster a project-wide quality culture.

Education &amp; Experience
•    Bachelor's Degree (Technical discipline) from an accredited university — mandatory.
•    Professional Certification in Quality (e.g. CQE, Lead Auditor ISO 9001, or equivalent) — mandatory.
•    Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in major expansion or EPCC projects in Oil &amp; Gas or Petrochemicals.

Technical Competencies
•    Full command of QA/QC management across EPCC lifecycle: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Mechanical Completion.

Responsabilités principales :

1.      Maintenance préventive :

Effectuer des réglages et des tests pour s'assurer que les systèmes fonctionnent correctement après les réparations.
 
3.      Gestion des urgences :
Répondre aux appels d'urgence pour les pannes de chauffage, de ventilation ou de climatisation.
Mettre en œuvre des mesures temporaires pour maintenir le confort des occupants en attendant les réparations permanentes.
 
4.      Conformité réglementaire :
S'assurer que les installations HVAC sont conformes aux normes de sécurité et de réglementation en vigueur.
Suivre les protocoles et les procédures de sécurité lors de l'exécution des travaux de maintenance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Vous disposez d'un diplôme A2 en électricité ou électromécanique.
La possession des agrégations suivants frigoriste, chauffagiste, G1, G2, BA4, BA5 est un plus.
Vous justifiez d’une première expérience avérée dans le domaine.
Vous avez la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et flexible.
Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe.

Met en œuvre une stratégie sur son périmètre avec notamment les axes suivants : analyse des besoins et des potentiels de synergie, études de marché et benchmark, plan de progrès avec optimisation TCO, maîtrise des risques, intégration de la dimension RSE, capture de l'innovation, suivi de la performance et reporting.
Est acteur/actrice de la digitalisation des process et crée en collaboration avec son réseau un (des) outil(s) digital(aux) afin de répondre aux problématiques locales et globales
Anime les plans d'actions des différents pays via l'outil en ligne du groupe SPIE et suit les résultats liés à ses actions via un reporting digitalisé
Identifie les fournisseurs stratégiques et met en place la gestion de la relation : revues de performance, business reviews, business croisés&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Le/la candidat(e) est étudiant/e en Master Ecole de Commerce (PGE), Master spécialisé Achats Internationaux ou école d'Ingénieur.
