JOB PURPOSE The Lead Project Controls & NC Reporting Engineer supports the Project Management Team in the delivery of the Project through to operations, with primary accountability for NC reporting, cost and schedule control, change management and contractual matters. The role will ensure compliance with contractual T&Cs for the 2 packages and management of variations and claims, as well as accurate cost and schedule reporting. Responsibilities include: ACTIVITIES Project Controls, Documentation & Reporting Ensure proper implementation of project control standards, including cost, schedule, and change control reporting. Coordinate with the DCC function to ensure accurate documentation management and preparation of execution, monthly, and management reports with appropriate quality and consistency. Planning & Scheduling Control Develop, maintain, and control the package execution schedule, monitor progress against the baseline, identify critical paths and deviations, and support the Package Manager with mitigation measures and recovery actions where required. Cost Control & Budget Management In close coordination with Finance/Cost Control, supervise cost monitoring, commitment tracking, forecasting, and budget performance for the WHP package. Ensure early identification and proper justification of cost deviations and change impacts. Change & Variation Management Consolidate, assess, and document all technical, schedule, and commercial changes, ensuring compliance with TotalEnergies change management processes. Advise the Package Manager on the cost and schedule implications of changes and support negotiations where required. Contractual & Commercial Support Provide contractual and commercial advice to the Package Manager, including assessment of Contractor positions, review of estimates, and support for SMRs, variations, and claims resolution, ensuring robust justification and documentation. Monitor and control project performance including: a. Cost => at any time be able to provide EFC b. Planning => at any time have an updated P50 planning and a good understanding of P10 and P90 c. Mission principale Au sein de la Direction Financière du sous-groupe SPIE GSE, vous contribuez activement à la production du reporting financier consolidé dans le respect des cycles de clôture Groupe et intervenez sur l’administration fonctionnelle de la solution Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS). Vous jouez un rôle d’interface entre les équipes Finance, ERP et IT dans un environnement international exigeant. Responsabilités En collaboration étroite avec le Contrôleur de gestion senior, vos missions s’articulent autour de quatre axes : Reporting mensuel & cycles budgétaires - Produire le reporting mensuel Groupe dans le respect des deadlines - Consolider et analyser les données remontées par les filiales - Garantir la fiabilité, la cohérence et la traçabilité des données financières - Participer aux cycles de révision budgétaire (2 fois par an) - Préparer des analyses de variance (réel vs budget/Y-1) Administration fonctionnelle Oracle EPM (PBCS) - Contribuer au paramétrage fonctionnel (dimensions, règles métiers, formulaires) - Participer à la maintenance et aux évolutions de l’application PBCS - Administrer les droits d’accès et profils utilisateurs (contexte multi-pays) - Assurer le support fonctionnel niveau 1 & 2 (support international) - Participer aux phases de tests, recettes (UAT) et déploiements - Piloter le suivi des incidents et assurer leur résolution en coordination avec les équipes IT, les équipes ERP et le prestataire TMA Coordination internationale - Accompagner les (65) utilisateurs du sous-groupe dans l’utilisation de l’outil. - Participer à leur formation et à leur montée en compétence - Interagir quotidiennement en anglais (réunions, ateliers, documentation) Amélioration continue & projets - Participer aux projets de transformation Finance / EPM - Identifier et mettre en œuvre des leviers d’automatisation - Documenter les processus et renforcer les contrôles - Être force de proposition dans l’évolution des outils et des pratiques

Profil recherché Formation : Bac +5 (école de commerce, université, ingénieur) avec spécialisation Finance et/ou Systèmes d’information Expérience : 2 ans (stage / alternance inclus) en contrôle de gestion, reporting financier ou outils EPM Une première exposition à Oracle PBCS / EPM Cloud est fortement appréciée Compétences Techniques - Excellente maîtrise d’Excel - Bonne compréhension des mécanismes de reporting et consolidation - Connaissance ou forte appétence pour les solutions EPM (Oracle idéalement) - Sensibilité aux systèmes d’information et à la data - Notions en bases de données / requêtes (SQL ou équivalent) appréciées Linguistiques : Français et Anglais professionnels obligatoires (environnement de travail majoritairement anglophone) : - Animation d’ateliers et réunions - Support utilisateurs - Rédaction de documentation Comportementales - Rigueur et fiabilité - Capacité d’analyse et esprit critique - Excellent relationnel interculturel - Sens du service - Proactivité et autonomie
