JOB PURPOSE The Lead Project Controls & NC Reporting Engineer supports the Project Management Team in the delivery of the Project through to operations, with primary accountability for NC reporting, cost and schedule control, change management and contractual matters. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized, accredited university Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in mechanical engineering within a heavy continuous-process chemical plant, petrochemical facility, or refinery environment. Experience in the fertilizer industry (specifically Ammonia, Urea, or Nitrates manufacturing units) is strongly preferred. Proven track record in refining and/or petrochemicals is an advantage. General understanding of equipment, methods, and processes in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical environments. Knowledge in Maintenance & Inspection engineering, CMMS, Asset Management, and Data Management. Good Statistical Data preparation and Technical Reporting skills Possess supervision, leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and under pressure. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments. Self-motivated with a flexible approach; good sense of initiative and anticipation. Working under pressure
