SERVICE PURPOSE
The Subsea Wells Superintendent role is designed to achieve the following objectives
Guarantee personnel and equipment availability and mobilization offshore to the rig &amp; OIMR/ LWI vessels, minimal
NPTs during operations and HSE incidents.
Ensure that all operational requirements are proactively managed
Monitor SPS contractors’ performance (KPI) for service delivery for offshore operations, equipment maintenance etc
SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The Subsea Well Superintendent ensures full compliance with COMPANY's policies, standards, code of conduct, and HSE
requirements while providing operational leadership across subsea activities.
The role provides technical support to the onshore subsea/completion service base team and SPS contractors (OneSubsea, TechnipFMC, Exprotech, Diamould, Fugro-impROV, Halliburton, OAL) and validates subsea and workover operations to ensure well delivery objectives are met.
Drive personal and team compliance with HSE rules, company standards, and ethical requirements.
Provide supervisory oversight to the offshore subsea supervisors, while supporting the Drilling / Rig Superintendents to ensure safe and efficient operations and wells delivery.
Supervise up to 15 service contractor personnel per operation (up to 4 x offshore subsea supervisors are direct reports).
Support delivery of 8–10 deepwater wells annually through effective planning and offshore coordination.
Work collaboratively with HSE, FOPS, HQ, C&amp;P, finance, logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure
seamless operational execution.
HSE:
Demonstrates personal commitment to COMPANY's EP’s HSE Policy.
Maintains awareness of and ensures compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards.
Actively participates in Company safety awareness/initiative schemes and audits to ensure the contractors under his/her responsibility are compliant.
S/He is part of the on-site management emergency response team and provides technical knowledge
Ensures and verifies that a valid PTW has been compiled and put in place for each operational task, with all associated risks captured.
Ensures continuous reporting of safety and environmental concerns/incidents within his/her team.
Is certified (IWCF) and contributes to the prevention of COMPANY's biggest industrial risk (Loss of well control/ well blow out)
Acts as the Focal point for Safety, technical and operational/maintenance for all subsea activities (including but not
limited to SERS/WERP &amp; BOCP procedure updates) at ONSHORE OFFICE LOCATION

SERVICE CONTENT:
Focal point for all offshore operations and provide support to Onne Subsea Superintendent and completion Engineer for
onshore preparatory aspects that impact upon readiness, maintenance, and mobilization of personnel/equipment to the
rig, OIMR &amp; LWI vessels (based on up-to-date operational schedules).



&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Continuation on SERVICE CONTENT:
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Risk Assessments (RA) for activities and ensure that supervisors
promptly
Submit and file A3 reports / non-conformance reports / close out reports for RCAs and operational RAs. The role will also
ensure that necessary actions are taken to prevent reoccurrence.
Facilitate post-operational debrief sessions and log lessons learned arising from operational activities for
continually improving performance (i.e., minimize NPT, reinforce best practices etc.).
Participate in engineering scopes for well construction activities i.e., maintenance and availability of tools and equipment, operational programs, reviews (for HAZID/HAZOPs, Well-on-Paper exercises etc.), and accurate reporting.
Prepare and participate in contractor audits – HSE, SCM, and SQM activities and propose ways of continually minimizing costs, enabling higher quality, and improving performance.
Maintain good technical interface with other entities – HQ, HSE, Assets, Drilling, Well Integrity Group, and GSR for business and operational requirements.
Ensure that offshore Work Instructions, Management of Change (MoC), and the issuance of Well Handover &amp; End of Well Reports (Short and Long) are correctly developed and submitted on time.
Drives a LEAN, 3C, cost rationalization and continuous improvement culture throughout the well delivery cycle
Interface with DW Stock control to ensure proper tracking of materials and spares under COMPANY'S custody and control, related to CONTRACTOR Base activities.
Procurement process in line with budget and operational requirements, and related administration/reporting/tracking.
Cost follow up and reporting to each DW technical entity on budget line/Call Off expenditures.
Proper spares management implementation by Contractor (storage, segregation, inventory, robust obsolescence management etc.) to assure operation and maintenance tasks are executed as scheduled.
Support technical aspect (interface engineering, logistics support, offshore operation/deployment) of the GoG EDP/LRP/SERS &amp; Subsea dispersants including preparation for BOCP procedures for rig &amp; LWIV operations

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
Technical degree (B.Sc./HND) Engineering
&gt;10 years’ experience in Subsea production systems with QA/QC, fabrication &amp; testing with deep water project and contractor
management experience
Operational experience in subsea wells discipline (Drilling &amp; Completions Métier), and knowledge of managing contracts.
Excellent team spirit and ability to work in a diverse team of professionals.
Individual must be adaptable and proactive, with a methodical mindset.
Must be able to coach or drive others towards delivering expected outcomes through clear explanation and persistently

ACTIVITIES
Technical
Prepare well designs and operational programs in line with statement of requirements (SOR), Company referential, industry standards and best practices to achieve wells objectives.
Leading operational program review (DWOP, pre-spud, PPR...) within the D&amp;W team, rig and service companies, HQ when necessary.
Propose and implement innovative engineering solution to overcome technical challenges and alternative plan. Draw up operating procedures. Prepare management of changes (MOC).
In charge of derogations perception against company’s referential and follow-up in line with HQ.
Define the scope and lead engineering studies performed by HQ (Geo-Mechanical, SHAZ, PBOR etc.). Ensure provision of necessary data, QAQC and challenge technical results.
Liaise with contractor for technical studies (riser analysis, running simulations etc.). Prepare scope of work, provide inputs data and review results.
Challenge complexity and ensure standardization within affiliate and with other affiliates
Prepare end of activities report. Control the accuracy of Wellview and Wellmap database. Prepare REX and postmortem analysis when necessary. Organize operation debriefing to disseminate experience across the team. Contribute to the field state of the art drilling.
In charge of implementing innovative practices to improve safety and performance. Conduct benchmark studies.
Organization
Follow up of operations and cost to ensure that the wells are delivered in line with objectives, on time and within budget.
Control drilling expenditures against budgeted cost and optimize contract utilization to meet wells budget.
Ensure accuracy of daily reports. Check adequacy of operation codification. Control the technical cost follow-up.
Support the superintendent for the mobilization and demobilization of equipment and personnel to ensure operational readiness while optimizing the cost.
Elaborate risk assessment related to SIMOPS. Prepare dossier with field operation and construction teams.
Participate in risk assessment related to drilling operations. Identify and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful well delivery. Prepare contingency plan with procedure, equipment, and personnel.
Manage operation debriefing with the rig and contractors to capture lessons learnt, areas of improvement and disseminate experience across the team. Update issue tracker with good practice and sources of non-productive time. Follow-up open actions.
Participate in HSE audits, site committee meeting and incident investigations.
Responsible for coaching drilling engineers, interns and DCAS.

Co-ordination
Plan for equipment and services. Ensure that available services and equipment are fit for purpose. Coordinate with contractors and material team for the supply and he preparation of equipment, both at the planning and execution stages. Lead reviews with contractors to ensure operational readiness.
Prepare and conduct invitation to tender for service and equipment contracts in conjunction with Procurement and Contracts entity. Conduct technical and commercial evaluations in coordination with partners and authorities.
Manage assigned drilling service contracts: Organize Bi-annual service quality meetings for contracts assigned (Duet) with a view to improving operational performance, assessing contractor performance and improving overall service delivery. Track invoices and ensure compliance with ongoing contract.
Implement digital solutions to measure, simplify, standardize and enhance engineering workflow.
Lead D&amp;W’s digital transformation within affiliate by collaborating with HQ digital teams

Description du poste

Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines Groupe, le/la Chargé(e) de Reporting RH est responsable de la production, de la consolidation et de l'analyse des indicateurs RH à l'échelle internationale. Missions principales

Coordonner la collecte des données et consolider et analyser le résultats.

Coordonner et accompagner les audits internes et externes liés aux données RH.
Administration des outils de reporting RH et amélioration continue
Assurer l'assistance aux utilisateurs et la résolution des incidents.

Profil recherché
Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, Contrôle de Gestion Sociale, Data RH, Finance ou équivalent (Bac +4/5).
Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le reporting RH, le contrôle de gestion sociale ou l'analyse de données RH.
Bonne maîtrise d'Excel/Power BI.
Une expérience sur un outil de consolidation/reporting (KShuttle ou équivalent) est un atout.
Bonne connaissance des indicateurs RH et des enjeux ESG/CSRD.
Niveau d'anglais professionnel permettant d'interagir avec des interlocuteurs internationaux.

Job Purpose
To provide advanced technical oversight of site inspection activities, ensure the competency and performance of Contractors’ QA/QC Inspectors, and verify that all E/I inspections are carried out in accordance with COMPANY standards, project specifications, and international codes. This role serves as the field-level focal point for inspection supervision and reporting functionally to the QA/QC Engineer.

Key Job Accountabilities

1.Confirm effective implementation of the QELNG quality management system and  project quality plan
2. Fully conversant with QELNG discipline specific, facility related technical specification requirements.
3. Review contractors’ quality deliverables in accordance with the requirements and expectations of QELNG and provide clear, concise output to the contractor’s quality focal point.
4. Engage contractors and applicable third-party organisations with a professional approach and maintain a good working level relationship.
5. Ensure that contractor processes and procedures are properly and effectively implemented.
6. Perform material/ equipment site receipt inspection with additional visual and dimensional examination (where practical) to confirm suitability and fit for purpose.
7. Conduct site installation, testing, calibration inspections to confirm product and process quality in line with established quality and technical documents.
8.Ensure that the latest revision of project quality documentation is available, and that records of product and process conformance are maintained in accordance with the document and record control requirements.
9. Prepare a daily report summarising the salient inspection points and quality concerns and coordinate directly with the assigned quality focal point regarding any significant issues identified.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Manage deck space allocation and support efficient utilization of JUB facilities.
Verify contractor compliance with contractual requirements, including HSEQ, catering, maintenance, and audits.
Conduct HSEQ and hygiene inspections onboard the JUB&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor's Degree 
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil &amp; Gas operations.
Strong experience in offshore logistics and scheduling.
Knowledge of marine and offshore support activities.
Good understanding of HSE requirements and offshore operations.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural offshore environment.
Preferred
Previous experience on accommodation barges, jack-up barges, or offshore platforms.
Experience with offshore planning and personnel tracking systems.

Job Purpose
Ensure the implementation of Safety, Health, Environment and Security procedures, plans and processes for QatarEnergy LNG’s Laffan Offshore Terminal South (LOTS) Project to achieve safe execution of all project’s phases in accordance with the Company’s HSEQ objectives and targets.
Provide clear guidance to the Contractors during FEED and EPC phases and facilitate resolution of related issues to complete discipline activities consistent with project objectives and milestones.
Key Job Accountabilities
1.Support project lifecycle management by identifying HSE deliverables and actions at each phase of the project (FEED, EPC, Commissioning, Operations, etc.). Lead development of early QatarEnergy LNG Project Management System Plans / Project HSE deliverables, and project’s HSE studies throughout the project phases (In particular during LOTS FEED phase).

2. Provide HSE leadership and support the LOTS PMT FEED team ensuring compliance with Company and Regulatory Requirements. Advise project management on the effective implementation of the Project Safety Management System, stewardship of HSE performance indicators and management of HSEQ interfaces with stakeholders.

3. Lead the preparation of HSE requirements for Invitation To Tender (ITT) and conduct Contractor HSE evaluations. Provide safety requirement inputs into FEED phase of the Project to promote safe design and execution principles. Develop, review, approve and monitor Contractor HSE Systems and Plans for FEED and EPC phases including but not limited to design reviews, construction and commissioning phases as per PMS, e.g. Safety Management plan, Emergency response plan, Environment management, Security plans etc.

4. Serve as focal point to facilitate coordination between PMT and various HSEQ functions / SMEs. Define safety program expectations, assure implementation and verification of Safety processes on Project sites. Facilitate sharing of processes, safety focus areas, safety alerts, lessons learned and best practices between corporate HSEQ and LOTS Project.

5. Provide oversight and review of incident investigations from PMT / Contractor, analyse data, confirm root causes and approve corrective action plans. Provide support and expertise to help facilitate any incident investigation. Facilitate Emergency response preparedness.

6. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive statistical database and roll-up reporting/progress from multiple projects; analyse KPIs and data for leading and lagging trends, devise strategies and advise LOTS Project PMT Leadership Team for continuous improvement. Provide HSE reporting to PMD Senior Safety Officer.

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or safety discipline
NEBOSH diploma or equivalent.
10 years of experience including at least 8 years of experience as a HSEQ / SHE&amp;S professional.
Experience in the oil and gas, HSEQ management of FEED and EPC projects, engineering, construction and commissioning projects, systems completions coordination, hook up/commissioning, and start up activities in brownfield and greenfield environment.
Experience in at least 2 FEED projects executed within the last 8 years.
Experience in implementation of HSEQ systems and building HSEQ capability and competence in a new project starting from FEED phase up to EPC phase including detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start up.
Good understanding of both qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques. Experience of active participation in process safety studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, fire &amp; explosion, dispersion modelling and FERA/QRA studies

Responsible for negotiating and obtaining from NUIMS yearly, approved Work Programs (WP), for the FM&amp;A division as well as the defense.
Defends yearly financial performance during Sub-Com and Quarterly FM&amp;A Division Meetings with NUIMS.

HSE OBJECTIVES
Coordinate and participate in all quarterly FM&amp;A HSE CODEP Committee meetings and safety/emergency drills.
Ensure inclusion of all company HSE standards/requirements in contracts and follow-up with audits.
Identify and prepare, with user departments, bridging documents to cover HSE gaps in contracts.
Ensure good understanding and adherence to company HSE objectives.
Report anomalies yearly and attend HSE trainings.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Good University Engineering Degree preferred, Contracts working experience desired; at least 10 years post NYSC working experience in a similar position required.
Good general administration, organizational ability and leadership skills are paramount.
Good command of English language. French language is an added advantage.
Computer expertise required.
Proficiency in the use of SAP.&lt;br /&gt;

SERVICE DIMENSION:
Serves to provide high personnel and equipment/facilities availability as well as functionality through audits, inspections and certifications management to enhance performance, reduce unplanned breakdowns, maximize lifespan and ensure safe operating conditions to aid efficient service delivery. It performs the task of entity HSE interface for technical audits.
ACTIVITIES:
Technical Audit Planning &amp; Execution
Develop and execute annual FM&amp;A Technical Audit Plans.
Conduct risk-based audits across all FM&amp;A activities and locations.
Perform compliance audits on maintenance, facilities, fleet, utilities, and real estate operations.
Evaluate effectiveness of operational controls and management systems.
Verify implementation of approved procedures and standards.
Assess adherence to engineering and facilities management best practices.
Conduct special audits at management request.
Generates and manages FM&amp;A Assets Register for technical (e.g., compressors, thermostats, fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire hose reels, gas turbines, industrial shredders, metal safes, fire extinguishers, cooking gas cylinders, water dispensers, beverage vending machines, luggage scanners, operational vehicles, hand sanitizer dispensers, etc.) and non-technical (e.g., office chairs, settees, fire blankets, office tables, meeting tables, vegetable slicers, regular batteries, rechargeable batteries, waste bins, potted office plants, POS machines for fuel purchases, etc.) assets  Performs periodic technical audits of FM&amp;A facilities (e.g., elevators, sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants, dehumidifiers, gas turbines, etc.), systems (Building Management System, BMS; Heating,
Ventilation, Air Condition, HVAC; emergency lighting systems, etc.), processes (e.g., fire alarm tests, fire hydrant system tests, emergency evacuation drills, fire drills, etc.), incidents (e.g., Road Traffic Accidents, RTA; failed equipment responses during routine and non-routine drills/tests, persistent vehicle breakdowns/faults, etc.), and risks/hazards (e.g., loosely fitted floor tiles/ Alucobond® façades, undetermined causes of humidity within an office/ official residence, etc.) 
§Participates/drives periodic divisional technical audits of facilities (e.g., buildings, water boreholes, etc.), systems (Air Conditioners, etc.), processes (e.g., technical bids evaluation, commercial bids evaluation, etc.), incidents (e.g., Road Traffic Accidents, RTA; failed equipment responses, persistent vehicle breakdowns/faults, etc.), and risks/hazards (e.g., loosely fitted floor tiles, etc)          &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Maintenance &amp; Asset Integrity Audits 
Audit preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Assess effectiveness of maintenance planning and execution processes.
Verify compliance with approved maintenance schedules.
Evaluate maintenance backlog management.
Assess equipment reliability management practices.
Verify asset data accuracy within SAP PM and CMMS systems.
Audit critical equipment inspection programs.
Participate in FM&amp;A technical review meetings.
Assists to generate Short, Long, Hot and Cold ePermits with FM&amp;A LOS/ABJ location contractors.
Approves Short, Long, Hot and Cold ePermits of FM&amp;A contractors as one of the Operating Authorities (OAs)
Creates and drives quarterly FM&amp;A Awareness Campaigns on Technical Audits.


Accountabilities
Assists in maintaining ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2015 certifications for company facilities which is a measure of the company’s corporate image.
Contributes to ensuring equipment reliability and availability as a measure of service quality.
Closely related to HSE in operations to help in guaranteeing safe work processes and environment.
Maintain an up-to-date asset register for FM&amp;A LOS/ABJ to aid facility tracking and management.

HSE Objectives
Attends all FM&amp;A HSE Committee Meetings.
Assists in the renewal of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2015 certifications for Company's facilities.
Assists in the close out of all pending Synergy actions/recommendations.
Familiarize self with Company's emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operation.
Support the anomaly and downgraded situations tracking and closure process.
Supports the Permit to Work (PTW) process &amp; Perfect Day initiative at his location.
Assists to ensure closure of outstanding FM&amp;A Synergy recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Good HND or University Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Science or any of the Social Sciences Disciplines.
Trained or certified Auditor
Minimum of 8-12 years post NYSC professional work experience.
At least 5 years in Facilities Management, Technical Services, Maintenance, Asset Integrity, Engineering Assurance, Audit, or Operational Excellence.
Effective communication skills in English Language demonstrated in oral and written business communications with people and business presentation skillsets.
Working knowledge of:
o Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise operating system.
o HSEQ principles and methodologies of the local or global oil and gas industry would be an advantage.

Microsoft Office 365 Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Stream). SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate and Power Apps would be an advantage.&lt;br /&gt;
