En tant qu'Expert(e) Cloud Azure H/F, vos missions seront: • Conception de Solutions Cloud : Analyser les besoins de l'entreprise et concevoir des architectures cloud sur Azure adaptées à ces besoins. • Déploiement et Migration : Planifier et exécuter les déploiements et les migrations vers Azure, y compris la configuration des services et des infrastructures. • Sécurité et Conformité : Mettre en place des politiques de sécurité et de conformité pour les solutions Azure, incluant la gestion des accès, la protection des données et la surveillance des activités. • Optimisation de la Performance : Assurer la performance et la scalabilité des solutions déployées en optimisant les ressources et en surveillant les performances. • Support et Maintenance : Fournir un support de niveau 3 pour les incidents complexes liés à Azure et effectuer des maintenances régulières pour assurer la fiabilité des services. • Documentation et Formation : Créer des documentations détaillées et former les utilisateurs finaux et les équipes techniques sur les meilleures pratiques et les nouvelles fonctionnalités Azure. • Veille Technologique : Suivre les évolutions technologiques et les mises à jour de Microsoft Azure pour proposer des améliorations continues.

· Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur(e)s, ou équivalent, vous disposez de solides connaissances dans la gestion des infrastructures Azure et justifiez d’une première expérience significative en tant qu’architecte Azure. · Curieux/se, vous êtes en veille permanente sur les évolutions technologiques autour des outils Microsoft. · L'environnement complexe dans lequel vous interviendrez nécessite une forte réactivité ainsi qu'une réelle aptitude à proposer et innover tant sur le plan stratégique que dans la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des dispositifs et procédures. · Vous organisez votre travail de manière efficace et savez être force de proposition quant à l'amélioration des méthodes pour apporter des solutions. · Vous êtes pédagogue et bon communiquant(e). · Vous êtes doté d'un bon relationnel vous permettant de développer aisément des partenariats internes et externes favorisant le travail en équipe. · Vous faites preuve d'une forte autonomie et de bonnes capacités d'écoute et d'un bon esprit de synthèse. La maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et oral est indispensable

Role Purpose The Head of IT Transformation and Governance is accountable for defining, enabling, and continuously improving the governance, performance, financial transparency, and structural efficiency of the IT function. The role coordinates alignment between business strategy and IT execution, establishes clear decision-making frameworks, and supports regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIS2, AI Act, etc), cost control, and valued delivery across the Group. He operates under the authority and guidance of the Group IT & Digital Director and in close coordination with the operational managers of the Corporate IT Department, the Director of IT Services and Digital Support (ISDS), the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and the Head of Data, Analytics and AI. Key Missions and Responsibilities Service Strategy & Service Management · Drive continuous improvement and support the strategic vision for services · Support and maintain the Group IT service catalog and service portfolio · Drive innovation within the Corporate IT department · Manage internal IT communications Architecture & Standards · Validate as design authority the architecture proposed within the context of projects. · Build and maintain the target IS map, structures the IS by defining architectural standards, and ensures technical and functional consistency. IT Governance · Define and operate IT governance frameworks and decision-making processes at group level Portfolio & PMO · Manage IT demand management and the portfolio of projects, prioritizes according to business value, monitors the progress of projects, and structures project governance. Methods, Processes, Quality & Continuous Improvement · Deploy IT methods, standards and processes (ITIL, ISO), monitors the quality and operational performance of the Corporate IT department through continuous process improvement. · Promote quality, efficiency, and industrialization of IT execution IT Performance & Compliance · Drive the overall performance of the IT department. · Define and manage IT performance dashboards and KPIs · Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation Green IT · Promote a responsible digital approach within the Corporate IT department and ensures the reduction of the environmental footprint of the technologies used. Vendor & Sourcing Management (co-management of these activities under the responsibility of procurement) · Oversee the Corporate IT department's technology sourcing and procurement. · Prepare and manage contract negotiations and renegotiations. · Implement supplier relationship management and contract governance. · Participate in the communication, sharing, and promotion of Group contracts to subsidiaries. IT Finance (Run and Build) · Ensure the financial management of the Corporate IT department : development and monitoring of the IT budget, cost control, investment monitoring and financial reporting. · Drive cost optimization initiatives

· Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent · Experience: Minimum 12–15 years of experience in IT roles, including senior leadership positions Proven experience in IT governance, portfolio management, performance management, and financial control Experience in large, complex, and multi-entity organizations is required Key Skills and Competencies · Strong expertise in IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, Lean IT) · Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and technology standards · Advanced skills in portfolio, financial, and vendor management · Excellent executive communication · Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and decision-making capabilities Expected Impact This role enables the IT and Executive Management to rely on a structured, transparent, and high-performing IT function.
