HSE ✓ Ensures HSE policy fulfillment during his activities ✓ Have a good understanding of COMPANY HSE rules. ✓ Assists the Supervisors on field to spread the HSE policies and to put the rules in place. ✓ Ensures that the team under his responsibility (if any) has well understood group policies and apply them ✓ Assist supervisor to write on a daily basic risks analysis for specific intervention. ✓ Participate to safety talk before and after intervention ✓ Ensures that employees under his responsibility (if any) have the required habilitation. ✓ Participates to key procedure audits in proactive manner; ✓ Respects the waste management policy in force on site, verifying that all activities performed under his own responsibility, comply it, without any exceptions; Operations ✓ Organises and performs on site the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility, ✓ With his teams assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC), ✓ Ensures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility, ✓ Ensures that all maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and in strict compliance with COMPANY operating procedures and any relevant statutory legislation in order to maintain all such equipment in sound and safe operating condition. ✓ Manages interventions using the CMMS, ✓ Enters intervention reports in the CMMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field, ✓ Monitors the functioning of systems placed under his responsibility, ✓ Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams, and actively participates in this himself, ✓ Carries out, at the Supervisor request, any intervention within his field of competence. ✓ Takes in charge the systems under his responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status. Methods ✓ Identifies recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyses them and suggests improvements, ✓ Keeps a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programmes and, if need be, suggests improvements, ✓ Warns support teams of any recurring problems related to the availability or quality of spare parts and Suggests improvements and requests modifications. Quality Assurance ✓ Verifies the quality of his teams’ interventions by frequent on-site checks, ✓ Ensures that the members of his teams have the qualifications and skills required for the tasks entrusted to them and, if need be, suggests corrective measures.

Purpose ✓ He is responsible for maintenance operations within his field of competence. ✓ He ensures that maintenance operations under his responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with COMPANY’s current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, within his field, carried out on site by CONTRACTOR. ✓ He guarantees a good level of availability of the equipment he is responsible for on production sites. ✓ He plays a predominant role in the transfer of skills to personnel undergoing training by mentoring on site. Qualifications required: The holder of this position must have the following qualifications: ✓ Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent, ✓ 3 to 5 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations, ✓ A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations ✓ SAP/R3 experience and know-how ✓ Ability to lead and motivate multi-national teams, ✓ Pride in his work, ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and others, ✓ Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site, ✓ Working language: English Bright 3.5 (or equivalent)

Vos missions seront les suivantes: Elaborer, mettre en œuvre et évaluer la stratégie d’achats de la filiale en parfaite cohérence avec la politique d’achats du groupe. Gérer les équipes, organiser et coordonner toutes les activités liées aux achats des biens et services de sources locales ou internationales. Suivre de bout en bout les opérations de logistique et transit (importations, dédouanement et transport domestique) de la filiale dans le respect des règlementations locale et internationale, des procédures internes en s’assurant d’une gestion efficace des coûts. Organiser le département, l’équipe de collaborateurs et assurer la cohésion en son sien et avec les autres départements. Développer, diriger et exécuter des stratégies d’achat cohérentes avec celle du groupe. Encadrer une équipe d’acheteurs. Valider ou renégocier un référencement, Lancer des appels d’offres et exploiter les réponses, Négocier des conditions d’achat favorables. Effectuer des analyses de coûts et de scénarios, ainsi que des analyses comparatives Négocier des accords-cadres avec fournisseurs ou prestataires stratégiques. Assurer la maitrise, le suivi et l’optimisation de tous les flux logistiques internationaux de biens et services (import et export) jusqu’à leur destination finale. Superviser et coordonner toutes les formalités administratives, douanières et les diverses attestations notamment d’assurances et des produits dangereux. Superviser et garantir les l’efficacité des opérations de dédouanement, manutention, stockage et livraison des marchandises, en tenant compte des contraintes de priorités, délais, coûts, et agir en conformité avec la politique QHSE Planifier et gérer de manière stratégique la logistique, l’entreposage, le transport et le service à la clientèle Organiser l’entrepôt, cataloguer les marchandises, planifier les itinéraires et traiter les envois. Assurer le suivi de la qualité, de la quantité, des niveaux de stock, des délais de livraison, des coûts de transport et de l’efficacité Superviser et optimiser l’ensemble du parc roulant (maintenance, carburants, contrats de location, documents administratifs, etc.), et des chauffeurs ; (plans de route, sécurité routière, etc.) Superviser l’administration et optimiser la politique voyages (réservation billets d’avion et hôtels, certificats d’hébergement et visa, etc.)

Diplôme d’ingénieur ou BAC +5 en gestion, transport & logistique, école de commerce. 5 ans d’expérience minimum à un poste de responsable achats, transport et logistique ou autres postes similaires. Techniques de négociation Capacités avérées à gérer le stress Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et d’organisation Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets Capacité démontrable à diriger et à gérer une équipe Connaissances Juridiques La connaissance du secteur pétrolier est un plus Bonne maitrise des outils informatique Bonnes compétences communicationnelles et rigueur La maitrise de la langue anglaise est obligatoire
