TECHNICIEN COURANT FAIBLE H/F 

En itinérance sur le secteur de Dijon, vous interviendrez dans le cadre de contrats Tertiaires en tant que technicien de maintenance courant faible (SSE et SSI) au sein d’une équipe d’une quinzaine de salariés, vous veuillez au bon fonctionnement des systèmes de sûretés et de la sécurité incendie. 
 
Parce que vous êtes un expert et que vous avez les connaissances techniques, vous saurez :

- Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective en sûreté (vidéo surveillance sur terminaux et systèmes de différentes marques, intrusion, contrôle d'accès et interphonie vidéophonie sur terminaux et équipements centraux et supervision Hypervision sur différents systèmes) 
- Réaliser la pose, la mise en service ainsi que la programmation de vidéo surveillance, d'intrusion, de contrôle d’accès, d’interphonie et vidéophonie 
 - Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective en sécurité incendie (désenfumage et SDI)

                                  Static Mechanical Engineer

The Static Mechanical Engineer is responsible for providing high-level technical expertise, design validation, asset integrity management, and engineering support for all static (stationary) equipment and piping systems within the manufacturing facility. This role focuses on maximizing plant reliability, leading execution strategies during major turnarounds, ensuring structural
compliance with international design codes, and mitigating risk across high-pressure, corrosive process loops.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Design &amp; Modification
Review and approve design calculations, data sheets, drawings, and technical specifications for modifications or new procurement of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks.
Generate and review Piping &amp; Instrumentation Diagrams (P&amp;IDs), Piping Material Specifications (PMS), and Material Take-Offs (MTOs) to meet international standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API). Develop and review plot plans, equipment layouts and 3D models. Route critical process, utility, and offsite pipelines.
Stress Analysis: Perform piping flexibility and stress analysis to ensure systems can withstand high pressures, extreme temperatures, and vibrations.
 Execute plant modifications via the formal Management of Change (MOC) protocol, ensuring no compromise to process safety or plant design basis.
Prepare and approve technical deliverables for replacement projects, including scope of work, technical bid evaluations (TBE), and vendor drawing reviews.
Turnaround &amp; Maintenance Support
Define the technical scope for critical static equipment during scheduled plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and outages.
Develop inspection and repair procedures for specialized high-pressure equipment, including shell-and-tube heat exchangers, reformer tubes, and atmospheric storage tanks.
Supervise critical repair activities on-site, ensuring field welding, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT), and non-destructive testing (NDT) comply with structural codes.
Asset Integrity &amp; Plant Reliability Support
Support Fitness-for-Service (FFS) evaluations and remaining-life assessments for older or degraded stationary equipment
Support root cause analysis (RCA) on mechanical static equipment failures, structural leaks, and chronic piping vibrating issues to implement definitive corrective actions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized, accredited university
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in mechanical engineering within a heavy continuous-process chemical plant, petrochemical facility, or refinery environment.
Experience in the fertilizer industry (specifically Ammonia, Urea, or Nitrates manufacturing units) is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of managing massive capital equipment replacement projects and participating in large-scale plant turnarounds.
Language: Must possess excellent fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to draft technical engineering reports, lead meetings, and coordinate with international vendors
Technical Software &amp; Industrial Codes
Software Competency: Advanced proficiency in PV Elite (pressure vessel design), CAESAR II (piping stress analysis) and NozzlePRO.
 Codes &amp; Standards: Comprehensive working command of ASME Section VIII Div 1 &amp; 2 (Pressure Vessels), ASME B31.3 (Process Piping), API 650/620 (Storage Tanks), and TEMA Standards (Heat Exchangers).

Turnaround Execution
Implement the execution strategy for Turnaround scope, including detailed scheduling, resource optimization, and effective communication among all stakeholders and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, including alignment on priorities, issue resolution, and recovery actions in case of delays.
• Monitor and control Turnaround progress using schedules, performance indicators, and trend analysis to assess deviations and implement corrective measures.
• Update and manage schedules to accommodate unforeseen or emergent scope during Turnaround, ensuring all changes are properly evaluated and approved.
• Ensure readiness prior to execution by verifying availability of materials, manpower, tools, permits, and other prerequisites.
• Support mechanical completion, punch list clearance, and pre-startup readiness verification to facilitate safe and efficient startup.
• Facilitate effective communication across all teams for continuous progress tracking, issue resolution, and schedule recovery.
• Coordinate the power outage caused by the isolation of the switchboard for shutdown maintenance on busbars.
• Evaluate the temporary power supply requirements based on the identified temporary loads and develop the technical specifications required for ordering the same.
• Review the temporary power connections to the temporary loads and work with the respective field group on securing the same.
• Ensure the quality of short-term contractor manpower hired to support with the shutdown activities.
• Monitor the record of attendance for contractor manpower and equipment for the sake of invoicing after the completion of the shutdown.
• Raise emergency purchase enquiries for unforeseen requirements emerging during the execution of the shutdown.
• Follow on the implementation of the lessons learned from previous shutdown for the sake of continuous improvement.
Turnaround scope and plans
Develop and define the Turnaround scope, including contract requirements, in line with agreed milestones, and ensure preparation of work packs, personnel mobilization plans, and execution strategies for shutdown and Turnaround windows.
• Act as focal point for technical inputs related to tendering, technical evaluations, and contract presentations within the assigned area.
• Establish, maintain, and report the master planning schedule across all phases of the Turnaround, including progress monitoring, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions, while controlling scope changes through a structured process.
• Initiate and manage all required work orders and activities in SAP systems with realistic duration estimates, ensuring timely availability of resources, materials, and spare&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline  (Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics). 5–10 years of direct and relevant TAR planning/engineering experience. Proficiency in SAP and Primavera P6 required. Strong understanding of Stage-Gate governance, critical path management, and integrated TAR execution.

FRIGORISTE - SALIVES - H/F

Posté sur un site industriel classé secret défense, à 40kms de Dijon, vous interviendrez en tant que professionnel du froid.
Des astreintes par roulement avec les autres techniciens du service sont à prévoir.

Parce que vous appréciez le terrain et que vous maitrisez la technique, vous serez amené à : 
- Prendre en charge la maintenance d’installations en froid et climatisation
- Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective sur tout le matériel en lien avec la production frigorifique (équipements de détente directe, Groupes d’eau glacée, pompes à chaleur, armoires frigorifiques, …)
- Réaliser les dépannages et les petits travaux type P5
- Rédiger sur tablette les rapports d'intervention via l'outil information de GMAO

Vous intégrerez notre équipe de maintenance dédiée à nos contrats avec le CEA de Valduc (site classé Secret Défense).
En tant que dessinateur, vous garantissez la tenue à jour des documents technique et contribuez à la bonne réalisation des opérations de maintenance. Vos principales missions sont :
- Garantir la bonne mise à jour des documents techniques du contrats

Your main duties will be to:-

He shall ensure the plant isolation procedures, lock-out and tagging procedures and plant permit to work procedures.
He shall be supervise all related operation jobs, ensuring plant operation, isolation / de-isolation, waste water plant operation, chemical preparation, etc., system surveillance of potable water, sewage, industrial water and landscaping network, coordinate and handle non routine and emergency works, ensure the operational requirements are met with, compliance with safety and environmental standards, ensuring good house keeping , maintain good safety standards in the maintenance section, conversant with permit to work.
The candidate selected for this position shall have ability to understand &amp; communicate in English.
Candidates having Gulf experience will be preferred. Candidates shall have good health and sound physique.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ideally you will have Degre in engineering from a recognized

Training Supervisor
Purpose
 Plan, coordinate, and execute organisational learning initiatives end-to-end. Accountable for accurate Training Needs Analysis, sourcing and delivery of quality training solutions, measurement of learning outcomes, and administration of the Learning Management System — all in support of continuous capability development and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders and the Capability Development team to identify capability gaps at organisational, departmental, and individual levels. Consolidate findings and prepare the annual TNA and Training Calendar for approval.
Training Planning &amp; Sourcing: Identify and evaluate external training providers and programmes for relevance, quality, and value for money. Coordinate vendor registration with Supply Chain and conduct annual vendor evaluations.
Training Coordination &amp; Delivery: Communicate training plans to stakeholders; coordinate schedules, venues, facilitators, and participant logistics. Monitor execution against timelines and quality standards. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and training partners to develop fit-for-purpose training modules.
Evaluation &amp; Effectiveness: Administer pre- and post-training evaluations; collect and analyse participant feedback and learning assessments. Produce evaluation reports with actionable recommendations.
LMS &amp; eLearning Administration: Administer and maintain the LMS — upload programmes, manage enrolments, track completions, assign online resources, and resolve system issues.
Reporting &amp; Data Management: Maintain comprehensive training records; generate regular and ad-hoc reports on participation, completion, and effectiveness. Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning; support audits and management reviews with accurate training data.
Reporting &amp; Interfaces
Reports to: Chief Major Projects Officer. Manages: Section Heads, Engineers, Coordinators, Supervisors, Inspectors. Interfaces with: EPCC Contractor, Subcontractors, Procurement, Engineering teams, and client IMS functions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education &amp; Experience
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field — mandatory. Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) — desirable. Certified Trainer qualification — advantageous. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a training or L&amp;D function. Proven track record in end-to-end training programme delivery at company-wide scale. Demonstrated experience with LMS platforms and emerging learning technologies. Solid understanding of competency framework development and implementation.
Technical Competencies
