The candidate shall be responsible for: 01. Operation and maintenance of complete mechanical Systems, which includes supervision, planning and scheduling, inspection. 02. Hands-on experience in all type of mechanical system equipment and Control system maintenance. 03. Monitoring computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, Service Entry Sheet, job planning, work confirmation, history entry, report preparation in SAP. 04. Troubleshoot the maintenance faults and providing on-the-job training to less experienced technicians 05. Hands-on experience in working with Work Permit system Oil & Gas Industry. 06. Draws attention to his ability to manage a repair department, perform preventative work, and follow safety protocols. 07. Work repair of UPVC, copper, DI, HDPE, GRE, and CS piping. 08. Preparation of daily Report for the activities. 09. The candidate concludes with important abilities including Safe work culture and practices. Your main duties will be Maintenance work supervision for LCT equipment and utilities:- - Ensuring the maintenance tasks. - Supervision, planning and scheduling of fabrication eriction. - Inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment including pipelines, - Installing and performing diagnostic tests on all systems. - Developing and implementing maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns. - Troubleshooting malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs. - Documenting processes and maintaining service records. - Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies. - Optimizing efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings. - Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment. - Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.

Ideally you will have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering With a minimum experience of 10 Years in overhauling pumps, compressors, diesel engines, blowers, generators, pipes and fittings, material specifications, PID and isometric drawings, Has experience ion installation, maintenance and repair of carbon steel , all grade of PVC, HDPE, GRP, and FRP piping up to 04 m in diameter, and with glass flake and cement linings, Experience with computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, Service Entry Sheet in SAP. Shall be capable of trouble shooting, maintaining, repairing and overhauling large size pumps, compressors, blowers, diesel engines, generators. Shall be responsible for providing a variety of skilled work related to the maintenance and repair of different systems as well as for planning, scheduling and supervising the work of subordinates to deal objectively and harmoniously with others, and to render sound decisions. Experience in commissioning of equipment and Projects. Shall capable to supervise equipment alignment jobs, Shall be familiar with material specifications, bearings, fasteners, P&ID, Piping Isometric drawings and the like. Familiar with hand tools, fasteners and other similar equipment. You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, The candidate starts with general skills like repairing and maintaining equipment, running diagnostics, and identifying problems. The candidate concludes with important abilities including documentation and communication. Written communication, Active listening, Verbal communication, editing. Job Purpose Perform safe and efficient operation of onshore oil & gas production facilities. Monitor, control, and operate process equipment in the field to ensure production targets are met while respecting HSE standards and operational procedures. Main Responsibilities- Operate and monitor process equipment in the field (pumps, compressors, separators, heat exchangers, valves). Providing in a team of 8 B2B field Operators, contribution to the different jobs ongoing onsite, to ensure smooth and continuously improving production. Technical diploma or equivalent in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. Minimum 1–5 years’ experience as Field Operator in oil & gas production facilities. Knowledge of process systems and field operations (pumps, compressors, separators, utilities). Ability to follow instructions and apply operational procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong commitment to safety and environment protection. Past experience as a Field Operator Experience in control room operations is a preferred. An Iraqi National, with a residency in Basra or nearing areas.
