Scheduling principles (Campaign and SD’s excluded) • Interacts with other functional planners (maintenance, FMC, Well Services, Projects, etc.) and IOP planner to optimize interrelated activities. • Executes regular reviews of backlog of planned work to reduce as much as possible (especially the SECE). • Facilitate follow-up of non-executed jobs to ensure additional preparation of the WOs is done. • Coordinate shutdown and campaign: creation and follow-up of readiness tracker (list of WOs, opportunities jobs, materials follow-up, and reporting), ensure to give status during regular meeting with all different stakeholders.
