Job description

SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for CMIMS (Unisup) Engineer to join its work force in Nigeria. Responsibilities shall include:

  • Reports to Head Maintenance Engineering.
  • Is the Lead User and main focal point for Deep Water SAP PM module users
  • Organize the training of the users, organize and provide technical assistance to all PM users
  • Control the use of the SAP PM tool and report on proper use or alert on deviations of use
  • Perform weekly / monthly report on SAP PM KPI and use
  • Organize and follow up the system data updates as per site modification request processes.
  • Define and develop the procedures associated to the use of the system.
  • Coordinate all aspects related to the administration of EGINA PM module.
  • Organize and follow-up the training of the users for the PM part.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with the defined parties, as required, the development, training and use of the MM module for the M&I teams. Provides assistance to the M&I teams in that respect.
  • Liaise with SAP métier support and the SAP support Centre (Paris / Pau based).
  • Coordinate with Métier for mass data transfer (for both spare parts and technical data)
  • Participate in Maintenance Engineering Projects coordinated by the DW FOPS entity
  • Organize and ensure the support to the PM users.
  • Organize, develop, and control the reporting and analysis to be obtained from Unisup for all M&I teams.
  • Initiate and conduct audits on the use of CMIMS by the M&I teams to control and correct as necessary the deviation to good practices.
  • Initiate support service for PM users of Lagos based staff and of EGINA FPSO staff.
  • Provide assistance in all areas of competence with regards to M&I works planning, follow-up, reporting and logging
  • Coordinate the review of activity backlogs and contribute actively to eliminate it by developing strategies, making recommendations to management and coordinating the all-stake holders to achieve this objective.
  • Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by his Hierarchy

Profile

  • Education: BSc/BEng in Engineering
  • Professional experience: Minimum 10 years in E&P business especially in Maintenance and Inspection support position and minimum experience of 5 years on Unisup
  • Good knowledge of planning tools and of SAP based CMIMS tools
  • Skills required: Good presentation and communication skills.
