We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Doha for a:

HVAC Foreman - Male

Job Purpose:

  • This position is a unique opportunity with so many advantage in oil and gas career sector in one of the most important Project handled by SPIE in Qatar with  QatarEnergy in which the Project completed 08 years multi discipline tasks in Maintenance and Operation of large Industrial Area
  • Client satisfaction concluded by a new project contract awards with manpower number increased.
  •  The candidate starts with general skills like repairing and maintaining equipment, running diagnostics, and identifying problems.
  • He then draws attention to his ability to manage a repair department, perform preventative work, and follow safety protocols.
  • The candidate concludes with important abilities including documentation and communication.

  • Computer literacy essential and familiarity with MS Office 2000 packages.

  • The candidate shall be responsible for operation and maintenance of complete HVAC Systems, which includes supervision, planning and scheduling, inspection.

 

 Your main duties will be to:

  • Ensuring the maintenance tasks.
  • Installing and performing diagnostic tests on HVAC systems.
  • Developing and implementing HVAC maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
  • Troubleshooting HVAC malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining HVAC service records.
  • Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
  • Optimizing HVAC efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
  • Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
  • Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.

 

 

Profile

  • Ideally you will have Diploma in Mechanical with a minimum experience of 07 Years in in oil and gas Industry or petrochemical industry or in similar facility or with major utilities as a mechanical Foreman,
  • He should be familiar with pumps, compressors, blowers, pipes and fittings, material specifications.
  • He shall be capable of trouble shooting, maintaining, repairing and overhauling large size pumps, compressors, blowers, packaged splits, splits and window type AC’s, chiller units, cooling towers and the like.
  • Should have experience on all electric, electronic, PLC and DDC HVAC control systems for buildings.
  • He shall be responsible for providing a variety of skilled work related to the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as for planning, scheduling and supervising the work of subordinates to deal objectively and harmoniously with others, and to render sound decisions.
  • He shall be familiar with material specifications, bearings, fasteners, P&ID, Piping Isometric drawings and the like.
  • Familiar with hand tools, fasteners and other similar equipment.

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills,
