In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are
looking for CONSTRUCTION MANAGER H/F .
This position is located ONSHORE & OFFSHORE in ROTATIONAL
MODE 4x4 (OR Resident, TBD).
We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:
- Site preparation (materials, logistics, personnel)
- Preparation of job cards based on a schedule and task prioritization
- Onshore supervision (Luanda) / Offshore supervision (Dalia FPSO)
- Monitoring hours/reporting
- Distribution of daily tasks
- Monitoring and updating planning and POB (Personnel on Board)
- Compliance with QHSE regulations
- Document management
- Precom - Com - Red Markups
We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills :
**Site Supervisor / E&I Construction Manager with solid experience in Oil & Gas, Onshore or Offshore.**
- At least 10 years of experience in the field.
- Management of local teams (Angolans).
- Ability to organize and allocate tasks according to the schedule and job cards.
- Good knowledge of E&I equipment and tools / tube fitting.
