Context and missions :
- Rotation Status.
- Position Offshore on the FPSO
- He is executing maintenance operations within his field of competence.
- He guarantees a good level of availability of the equipment on production SITE.
Main activities:
- Respect and apply QHSSE rules and procedures
- In his discipline, he/she is in charge to :
- Assist for preparation of the jobs in his
discipline. - Execute interventions and prepare the technical reports related to the field.
- Is responsible for his tools (quantity and availability)
- Take in charge the systems / equipment under his/her responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status.
- Identify recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyze them and suggest improvements.
Specific activities
- Identify any recurring problems related to the availability or
quality of spare parts. - Keep a critical eye on current preventive maintenance programs
and, if need be, suggest improvements. - Can be part of Emergency Response Team.
Profile
Profil :
The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent,
3 to 5 years’ experience in the field of maintenance on oil and gas production installations,
A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations
Instrument Specific: Control process, PLC, Control loop and Data transmitter
