Job description

1.      Prepare training material as per scope required including training syllabus and assessment


2.      Deliver training in-class room method ( with 25 participants approx. )


3.      Make sure training delivery can meet the training objective

Profile

1.      Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP )


2.      Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English


3.      Training of Trainers (ToT): Having Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.


4.      Minimum 2 years technical training experience.


5.      Ability to develop and assess competency.


6.      Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.


7.      Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.

Candidate criteria

Minimum level of experience required

10 years or more

Required authorisations

1.      Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field


2.      Minimum 8 years managing steam generation, HRSG, or steam distribution systems


3.      Steam System Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Technical Trainer


4.      Boiler and Steam System Training Certification, HRSG OEM Training, good knowledge of thermodynamics and power plant processes.
