We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for a :
Accommodation Jack Up Barge Operations Coordinator
He is the authority on board JUB for any organizational and logistic aspect. In the perimeter of the JUB, he is accountable for:
· Reporting any event on JUB to HSE SA
· Facilitating day to day activity of JUB users in human ,welfare and material logistics aspects
· Ensuring proper record of visitors and what Company / department they belong to, and give this input to IOP
· Monitoring of personnel movement from/to the JUB, whether by helicopter, boat, personnel basket or gangway
· The movement of material from/to JUB, belonging to the different services accommodated on the JUB. (He is assisted by the JUB Contractor master and his crew)
· Safety o/b the JUB, by ensuring and enforcing, in cooperation with the JUB captain, respect of HSE principles / management, either NOC’s or Contractor’s (bridging documents will specify which system is used, NOC’s or Contractor’s). However, the JUB captain remains the overall authority for any HSE aspect related to the integrity of his JUB
· Verifying the application of the terms of the contract with Contractor (safety management, catering, maintenance, audits, etc)
Ensuring compliance of the marine requirement, in cooperation with the JUB captain (Contractor)
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
