Document Controller
Job Purpose
Performs Document Control and support Information Management activities in Execution Planning & Services department. Maintaining EP&S SharePoint user access, data and documentation quality. Ensuring all EP&S department policies and procedures issued via AIM document management system and updated in timely manner. Ensure Information Security are followed. Archive legacy project data and information in secure LAN drive. Support Major Project IM team with QGPIMS related issues.
Key Accountabilities
·Maintain EP&S SharePoint access and file structure, checks for correctness and completeness and file all information.
· Check and ensure all project review, audit reports are filed in relevant folders.
· Assist with ad-hoc document request from team members.
· Support Head IM with day-to-day activities.
· Assist and ensure EP&S department upload all Business-critical documents to BCM SharePoint cloud folder.
Profile
Diploma/Degree in any discipline or Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years out of which minimum of 5 years document control experience preferably on-site project environment together with archiving experience within the oil and gas industry.
