HVAC Chiller Operator - Male
Number of Position: 01
Job Purpose:
This position is a unique opportunity with so many advantage in Oil and Gas career sector in one of the most important Project handled by SPIE in Qatar with QatarEnergy in which the Project completed 09 years multi discipline tasks in Maintenance and Operation of large Industrial Area
Client satisfaction concluded by a new project contract awards with new Positions added.
The candidate shall be carryout the following for:
01. Operation and maintenance of complete HVAC Systems, which includes supervision, planning and scheduling, inspection.
02. Hands-on experience in all type of HVAC system equipment, ducts, dampers and Control system maintenance.
03. Monitoring computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, Service Entry Sheet in SAP.
04. Troubleshoot the maintenance faults and providing on-the-job training to less experienced technicians and Foreman
05. Hands-on experience in working with Work Permit system Oil & Gas Industry.
06. Draws attention to his ability to manage a repair department, perform preventative work, and follow safety protocols.
07. The candidate concludes with important abilities including Safe work culture and practices.
Your main duties will be to:-
- Ensuring the maintenance tasks.
- Installing and performing diagnostic tests on HVAC systems.
- Developing and implementing HVAC maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting HVAC malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
- Documenting processes and maintaining HVAC service records.
- Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
- Optimizing HVAC efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
- Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
- Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations.
Profile
Ideally you will have Trade certificate in Mechanical / Air Conditioning with a minimum experience of 06 Years in the installation of Electrical / Refrigeration / Air Conditioning / HVAC works and complete maintenance including at least 3 years' experience with Oil & Gas Industries as foreman / in-charge in carrying out the maintenance activities.
Shall be familiar with pumps, compressors, blowers, pipes and fittings, material specifications.
Experience with computerized maintenance system, handling of Notification, Work Order, Service Entry Sheet in SAP.
Knowledge in interpreting SPIRS and identification of spares. Knowledge of Inventory Control and Project Management.
Shall be capable of trouble shooting, maintaining, repairing and overhauling large size pumps, compressors, blowers, packaged splits, splits and window type AC’s, chiller units, cooling towers and the like.
Shall have experience on all electric, electronic, PLC and DDC HVAC control systems for buildings.
Shall be responsible for providing a variety of skilled work related to the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as for planning, scheduling and supervising the work of subordinates to deal objectively and harmoniously with others, and to render sound decisions.
Shall be familiar with material specifications, bearings, fasteners, P&ID, Piping Isometric drawings and the like.
Familiar with hand tools, fasteners and other similar equipment.
