HSE
Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules
Ensures that the Client and Company’s HSE regulations are followed, as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his/her responsibility.
Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures & Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plant Integrity.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
GMC focal all planning activities - (2 weeks, 5 weeks, 4 months and 24 Months look ahead plans)
Ensuring conformance to Client’s Company Rules, Best Standards and General legislations
Ensure the progress of maintenance activities of the SITE team through adequate planification (stock verification, tools operational and resource assessment etc...)
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC Scope of services and improved performance of all Technical KPIs’, Preparations, Backlog Control and Planning
Be responsible for the coordination of the scheduling Team. Ensures that datelines are met and be the central link between TEPDK and the Team on all related Planning topics.
Take charge of and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical elements of planification. Review procedures and ensure adaptability
Review functional Locations and related WO lists to ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during work scheduling.
Responsible for planning quality, by ensuring that planned jobs are accurately resourced and that all materials, tools and services are identified and pre-planned in CMIMS for execution at site and work location.
Ensures Team’s compliance to the best planning standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and guidelines.
Coaches, guides, and provides mentorship to the Team on all planning subjects and relevant technical support.
Responsible for identifying training requirements for team members to fulfill their role.
Distribute and assist to define routine tasks to the team in line with the operational demands and priorities.
Drive preparations of yearly Work program for all Integrated Operations Planning (IOP) linked activities across all disciplines and ensures that all IOP inputs to secure offshore bedspaces are made accordingly.
Maintain close coordination with FMC to ensure prompt readiness of all requested support for activities within the 5weeks window. (Scaffolding, Rope access, Lift plans and Rigging resources etc.)
Ensure proper hand-over of planned activity to site before execution, to avoid Safety or unwanted Operational incidents. Take active part in Kick Off Meetings with vendors and Site management to ensure that all concerned persons understand the scope of the activities.
Participate in personnel and organizational meetings when requested and make recommendations to GMC management on personnel movement
