Job description

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC in Qatar for:

OSR coordinator, a reliability Engineer to support on two work streams:

Manage on going SCE OSR project E2E (10000 equipment- HEMP Studies ph-1). A team FTEs will be working on this project, say a group of 5 FTEs, and his role will be to coordinator for the entire OSR project efficiently.
Develop Equipment Care Strategies for no-PM Equipment in connection with the business stakeholders, get it approved and deliver it to business for implementation. 98% of the scope will be from Instrumentation discipline. Initial assessment is 3400 equipment has no PM planes from HEMP studies- phase-1.OSR coordinator role is vital in this project and preferred candidate shall be a Strong Reliability Engineer and has exposure on OSR project in oil and gas sector..
Role:

OSR coordinator is responsible to support FTEs and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver assigned OSR scope as per project timelines.OSR coordinator is responsible to develop Equipment Care Strategies in connection with the business stakeholders, get it approved and deliver it to business for implementation.Scope includes support and coordination on different stages of OSR activities being done by FTEs like Asset verification, Data Gathering, Vendor communications, BoM analysis, BoM approvals, stocking decisions and coordinate with business to ensure stocking decisions are implemented, MM creations are done, BoM updates are implemented.Identify and Prioritize the Activities.Support FTEs to resolve the queries with Vendors and Business focal points.Coordinate with Inventory Analyst to provide materials data with OSR tool output.Coordinate with FTEs to customize the stocking request data in the template.Support FTEs to coordinate with all stake holders to get their input during data gathering stage, including Project changes, Related MOCs, NCRs during material pick up, SPI data collection from IMT etc.Support FTEs to prioritize and identify unique equipment for site verification.Incorporate scope addition due to on going HEMP studies.Set up weekly connect with vendors on awaited spares parts proposals. Escalate the challenges and seek support from MSC buyers.Support FTEs to prepare, prioritize OSR template and facilitate OSR sessions.Support FTEs to set up BoM review and OSR sessions among the stake holders, inviting the Inventory Analyst in stocking decisions.Publish weekly and monthly OSR progress reports with highlights and low lights and the support required. Coordinate with Inventory team for approved stock levels implementation.Set up weekly connects with Shell SBO R&M team and buyers to get status on MM creations and resolve queries if any.Send approved BoM templates to IM team for BoM updates and publish monthly status reports.

Profile

Preferred Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
15 years experience in a reliability Engineer .candidate shall be a Strong Reliability Engineer and has exposure on OSR project in oil and gas sector..A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
