Job description

Responsible for leading and managing multiple projects to ensure successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. This includes delivering results on time, within the boundaries of the scope/contract, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements, while effectively coordinating stakeholders and resources for all contract-related matters.

Project Execution and delivery

Lead the project team to achieve projects KPIs
Lead the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and third-party partners.
Track procurement processes and ensure
Ensure compliance (including third parties) with client requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align expectations.
Provide regular progress updates, MOMs (minutes of meeting), and reports.
 

Budget & Cost Control

Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Work closely with Management in the preparation and review of project financial reports.
 

Team Leadership & Development

Motivate and guide team members to achieve project KPIs objectives.
Set performance expectations and goals for team members.
Monitor performance and provide coaching or feedback.
Foster collaboration and problem-solving across the project team.
Address any performance issues or conflicts or confusion within the team in a timely and professional manner
Assist Head Office in the recruitment of qualified project personnel

Profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Engineering Project Management, or a related field.

Certification in PMP or an equivalent qualification would be an advantage.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance services and/or engineering project management in the Oil and Gas industry.

Competent in Maintenance Execution management concepts, Maintenance execution controls on HSSE, Cost, PM/CM Timely Delivery, Maintenance Execution Risks Management, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Contract Management. 

Have experience in conducting Maintenance execution technical review/assurance.

Knowledge of Maintenance execution methods, technologies and industry technical standards, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.

Excellent leadership in coaching, team coordination abilities and contractor & subcontractors’ management capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, organizational and multitasking skills.

Comfortable with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Good English communication (Speaking and Writing).

Ability to create a generative safety mindset & working environment.
