Ø QAQC will follow the instruction given by Quality Supervisor/coordinator.

Ø Interpreting engineering drawings & requirements; performs thorough dimensional inspection and completes Inspection Report provided by the machine shop.

Ø Use dimensional measuring instruments like thread ring/plug gauges, ball gauges, micrometers, calipers, indicators, profile projectors, and Brinell hardness test equipment as well when request.

Ø Follow up Inspection Procedure for OCTG premium connections. ( Tenaris , Vallourec )

Ø Inspector shall be competent to raise NCRs when nonconforming conditions are detected

Ø QAQC Inspector must communicate any issue find during inspection of the Client tools to the direct Supervisor.

Ø QAQC Inspector will receive in electronic version (e-mail) some confidential document of Client propriety that must NOT be share previous authorization.

Ø Performing the Work in accordance with the parameters specified in the programme (WORK ORDER) shall be subject to acceptance by Company.

The QAQC Inspector will cover the inspection and traceability documentation for assembly, function testing, and repair tools

• License degree or technical Diploma: Electronics, Mechanical or other
• Computer literate (Microsoft word, excel, power point)

Experience and technical knowledge:

·        At least minimum 3/5 years of experience in the same position.

ü  OCTG, BHA, Drilling Equipment

ü  Premium Connection on CSG & TBG (Tenaris Vallourec)

ü  Premium Connection on drilling equipment (Grand Prideco)

ü  ISO / API

ü  Calibration equipment.

ü  Handling and care of OCTG, Drilling equipment and BHA.

ü  Material identification and characteristic.
