• Operations & Execution: Supervise on-site drilling operations progress to ensure safe, cost-effective execution within timeframes and compliance with SSHE rules, guidelines, and local regulations.
• Supervision: Lead the on-site drilling team (Drilling Supervisor, SSHE Supervisor, Marine Supervisor, Material Coordinator) aligning logistics, engineering, and daily lookahead plans.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce SSHE Management System, Well Management System (WMS), Management of Contractors and Suppliers Standard (MCS), and statutory requirements. Actively participate in JSAs, pre-tour meetings, HAZIDs, HAZOPs, and risk assessments.
• Permitting & Reporting: Prepare "Permits to Work" in advance, serve as the WORKSITE representative authorizing platform work, and submit daily operation reports to COMPANY and VENDOR administration.

• Total & Core Experience: At least 10 years of offshore well operations, with a minimum of 5 years in senior drilling supervision.
• Regional Experience: Proven experience in Gulf of Thailand operations, offline activities, and development, exploration, and appraisal well operations.
• Operational Scope: Exposure to completion and workover. Knowledge of well site operations to supervise drilling, completion, and fluids/cement programs execution. Broad equipment/services knowledge (rig move, drilling/completion, rigging up/down, directional drilling, casing running, fluids/cement mixing & pumping, P&A, SIMOPS, and logistics).
• Certifications:
  • Active IWCF Well Control (Drilling Level 4) certificate (valid during operations).
  • Basic offshore safety training: T-BOSIET, H2S awareness, first aid, fire-fighting.
• Languages: Strong written and spoken English skills.
