Job description

·Prepare the procedure according Aramco requirements.
· Accurate and timely filing of project record documents;
·Collate Work Files for submission to the client for approval;
·File completed QC Documentation into Work Packs;
·Maintaining the Master Document Register to control all incoming and outgoing communications, such as letters, faxes and memos;
·Maintaining hardcopy records of all transmittals (both incoming and outgoing), and maintaining a register of transmittals;
·To compile all external QC documentation packages into Data Books;
·To file completed QC documentation for inclusion in the Work Files;
·To track custody of QC documentation;
·To submit documentation packs to customer for sign-off of the relevant sections of the ITP's;
·To assist in preparing QC documentation for external QC inspections;
·Receive Daily reports from each QC Inspector, accurately enter information to the Report Register, file the reports in accordance with the Control of Records Procedure and submit the report register to the planning department at agreed intervals.
