Job description
This role involves leading and primarily responsible for the execution of end-to-end technical service projects. The focus is on managing projects to completion on schedule, with the highest quality and efficiency.
Job Details
Lead and supervise on-site work, communicating and coordinating with team members and clients to ensure timely completion.
Plan, prepare, and lead the technical service team from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients regarding induction training for the team before starting work.
Responsible for opening/closing work orders and final acceptance testing.
Efficiently manage resources used for the project.
Prepare and submit technical reports within deadlines.
Provide guidance, training, troubleshooting, and correct work procedures to the team.
Lead and supervise the team to ensure compliance with safety policies and the achievement of project goals.
Profile
Higher Vocational Certificate (Dip.), Associate Degree, or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in maintenance services at a supervisory level. Candidates with experience in the oil and gas industry or related heavy industry will be given special consideration.
Knowledge and expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, compressors, storage tanks, and piping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various diagnostic tools.
Strong skills in coordinating and supervising multiple teams or contractors.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to maintenance work.
Ability to work both in the office and on-site at industrial locations.
Willingness to travel to other provinces for work.
