MISSIONS :
1. CMIMS Strategy & Execution :
Oversee CMIMS issues, deviations, and team personnel, serving as the primary contact for all CMIMS-related discussions.
Manage asset registers, data templates, and define asset data management requirements.
Plan development, ensuring adherence to delivery dates, and participate in guideline and strategy development.
2. Engineering & Quality Compliance :
Produce engineering deliverables according to project contracts and propose solutions to enhance activity quality.
Perform and review for quality compliance, manage Quality Assurance (QA), and report noncompliance or risks.
Report directly to the O&M Package Maintenance Leader regarding compliance.
3. Team Management & Best Practices :
Define and implement team practices, standards, and procedures; propose team improvements and integrate best practices.
Conduct HSE toolbox talks and contribute to project digitization and intelligent marketing efforts.
Contribute to Data Processing Hub (DPH) development.
4. Stakeholder Engagement :
Organize client workshops and report to senior management.
Stay informed about contracts, procedures and general engineering standards.
CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY :
Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile
Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas
Mobilization in Turkey as from March 2027
Site rotation: 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF
Expected final project outcome:
Strong engineering performance (database population) by end of 2026
Successful execution of database loading and implementation of CMIMS from 2027 to 2033
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
English: B2 level mandatory
Turkish nationality or speaking people is a strong plus
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in developing and executing CMIMS/CMMS strategies.
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in refining and/or petrochemicals is an advantage. General understanding of equipment, methods, and processes in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical environments.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge in Maintenance & Inspection engineering, CMMS, Asset Management, and Data Management.
Proven experience in developing and implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) for maintenance planning, equipment master data, preventive maintenance plans, work orders and technical objects.
Experience with CMMS implementation and maintenance data management.
Proven experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Asset Management (AM) methodologies.
Strong knowledge of spare parts management and maintenance optimization.
Reporting: Good Statistical Data preparation and Technical Reporting skills
Possess supervision, leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and under pressure.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and other departments.
Self-motivated with a flexible approach; good sense of initiative and anticipation.
