SERVICE OBJECTIVE
1. Service Objective
To provide structured, reliable, and high-quality communication project support services that enable the Internal Communications function to deliver approved initiatives, campaigns, and engagement activities efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with corporate standards.
2. Description of Services
- The Communication Projects Officer provides hands-on operational support for the execution of internal communication projects.
- The service focuses on project coordination, content support, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking to ensure communication initiatives are implemented effectively across the organization.
3. Scope of Services
Provide coordination and execution support for internal communication projects and initiatives; development, editing, and management of communication content; support for campaigns, engagement programmes, and internal events; stakeholder and vendor coordination; quality assurance and compliance checks; and documentation and reporting of communication activities.
4. Key Deliverables
Execute communication project tasks in line with approved plans; draft and finalized communication materials; campaign and initiative deliverables; event-related communication materials and summaries; and project documentation and reporting inputs.
5. Service Standards and Expectations
Services shall be delivered in compliance with corporate communication standards, confidentiality requirements, and approval workflows. Deliverables must demonstrate accuracy, clarity, professionalism, and timeliness.
Profile
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in communication project coordination, internal communications, or corporate communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail, sound judgement, and effective interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
