Job description

SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a UNISUP Engineer to join its workforce in Nigeria.

 

Key Words:

  • Maintenance / SAP / Planning tool
     

 Context and missions:

  • Maintain and update the architecture of the Unisup PM system, in full compliance with the Company rules and standards
  • Organize and implement the changes related to the developments about asset register definition or work order flow, or any other PM-related architecture change
  • Define the Unisup PM profiles
  • Follow up the use of the Unisup PM tool and report on proper use or alert on deviations of use

     

Main activities:

  • Reports to Head of CMIMS and Reporting.
  • Organize the training of the users, organize and provide technical assistance to all PM users
  • Control the use of the Unisup PM tool and report on proper use or alert on deviations of use
  • Perform weekly/monthly reports on Unisup PM KPI and use
  • Organise and follow up the system data updates as per site modification request processes.
  • Define and develop the procedures associated with the use of the system.
  • Coordinate all aspects related to the administration of the AKPO and EGINA PM module.
  • Coordinate and follow up with the defined parties, as required, the development, training, and use of the MM module for the M&I teams.
  • Provides assistance to the M&I teams in that respect.
  • Liaise with SAP metier support and the SAP support Centre (Paris / Pau based).
  • Coordinate with Metier for mass data transfer (for both spare parts and technical data)
  • Participate in Maintenance Engineering Projects coordinated by the DW FOPS entity
  • Organise and ensure support to the PM users.
  • Organise, develop and control the reporting and analysis to be obtained from Unisup for all M&I teams.
  • Initiate and conduct audits on the use of Unisup by the M&I teams to control and correct as necessary the deviation from good practices.
  • Initiate support service for PM users of Lagos-based staff and of AKPO and EGINA FPSO staff.
  • Provide assistance in all areas of competence with regard to M&I works planning, follow-up, reporting, and logging
  • Coordinate the review of activity backlogs and contribute actively to eliminate them by developing strategies, making recommendations to management, and coordinating all stakeholders to achieve this objective.
  • Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by his Hierarchy
  • It is also the Focal point for DW PM Module users (FOPS, ECP, Marine, Akpo, Egina, Ladol, etc.)
  • Liaise with the affiliate Unisup coordination and Lead Users.
  • Is in charge to review and propose SAP modifications and access creations and DOA for DW PM Users to UNISUP Support.

Profile

The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of planning tools and of SAP-based CMIMS tools

10 years or more

Required authorisations

Education : BSc/BEng in Engineering

Professional experience: Minimum 10 years in E&P business especially in Maintenance and Inspection support position and minimum experience of 5 years on Unisup

Good knowledge of planning tools and of SAP based CMIMS tools

Skills required: Good presentation and communication skills

Languages

English (E-Native or bilingual proficiency)
