Job description

  • In charge of the pre -sales and after sales technical support
  • To support the sales manager for the meeting with customers
  • Collecting the customer's technical question and technical requirement
  • In charge of technical support during the installation and commission
  • Communication with the Head quarter for the technical side and solve the technical support during the project construction, and commission
  • Support to communicate with Custom for the sales and after service
  • Support to collect the market and marketing information
  • Support to sales manager for the customer visit, meeting arrangement
  • Translate for the local language to English or Chinese if needed
  • Support the sales manager to collect the new client and develop new custom
  • Support the sales team for technical negotiation and commercial negotiation if need
  • Business travel to different province and city and the project site
  • Report to Technical Manager in HO and second report to country manager

Profile

  • Major of Electrical Engineer/Telecommunication Engineer, master is prefer
  • Prefer to have solar engineer experience, solar inverter is prefer
  • Local language and can speak and communicate with English or Chinese, prefer Chinese
