1. Prepare training material as per scope required including training syllabus and assessment
2. Deliver training in-class room method ( with 25 participants approx. )
3. Make sure training delivery can meet the training objective
1. Have valid Indonesia ID ( KTP )
2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
3. Training of Trainers (ToT): Having Completion of an accredited ToT course recognized by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) or ESDM is an advantage.
4. Minimum 2 years technical training experience.
5. Ability to develop and assess competency.
6. Strong presentation and instructional design skills, experience developing training materials.
7. Experience delivering classroom and practical training, strong troubleshooting capability.
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years working with nitrogen generation, storage, and distribution systems in industrial plants
3. Utility Systems Engineer / Process Engineer / Technical Trainer
4. Industrial Gas Safety Certification, Nitrogen System OEM Training, familiarity with industrial gas safety standards
