In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are
looking for a CSR Coach H/F .
This position is located OFFSHORE in ROTATIONAL MODE 4x4.
We need an experienced CSR (Contract Site Representative)/Maintenance Supervisor to provide coaching in maintenance processes and management.
The candidate must have been a CSR or Maintenance Supervisor on a GMC (General Maintenance Contract) for a minimum of 5 years.
The must be experienced in the following:
- CMMS
- Managing multi discipline maintenance teams
- Maintenance execution management
- Compliance with KPI's
- Maintenance planning and scheduling
- FPSO experience
Offshore role to mentor and coach a new CSR in maintenance management.
